Happy Vitiligo Awareness Month!!
It's $5 Friday for Beautifully Unblemished Vitiligo Support Group. I wanted to share my story. Beautifully Unblemished was founded after I was diagnosed in 2014 with Vitiligo. Being diagnosed with Vitiligo has been very challenging. I have lost over 85% of my pigment. On my worst days, I dealt with depression, suicidal ideation, stares, whispers, and cashiers dropping my change on the counter and not wanting to touch because they feared I was contagious. Although there is no pain associated with Vitiligo. The emotional and psychological effects are real. I can no longer spend hours outside enjoying the beach without loads of sunscreen or sun protective clothing. Founding Beautifully Unblemished has been so rewarding and inspirational for my own journey. Donating will help us grow and provide resources around the state of Florida for individuals living with Vitiligo 💜

Always remember that a Mother's love goes deeper than any ocean and wider than any mountain. She will be there when no one else will. She will do what no one else. She will cheer you own and reprimand when needed. But her love for you will never change ❤️❤️❤️
