Dev’s Living Room Home Office Update October 2022 📻🖥🪑:
1 month into my new ever-growing vinyl hobby I’ve decided to replace my record cabinet with a new IKEA x Swedish House Mafia Unit. Although price I love the look of showing all the LP’s. I now have a Vintage Onkyo Receiver / Amp powering both the Harmon Kardon Monitors and some Vintage Fishers I got years ago. I can switch in-between for a lo-fi sound from the Fishers or have both activated for a fuller sound throughout the whole range. I’ve also got a powered antenna from Best Buy that makes the radio signal crystal clear. Its different listening to radio outside of the car, I quite like it and no static makes it a whole other experience. I also put some records on display on my shelves instead of my hats. Seating wise, I got rid of my Target special chairs and have 2 Modernica Case Study Eames Chairs. The living room features new updated Knoll Barcelona Style and Noguchi style pieces. I’ve decided to sell my white modern tv stand and will sell it maybe tomorrow for sale. Last but not least, I have a vintage 80’s ikea shelving piece. The resell on these units is nuts ($800+) but I was lucky enough to grab one off facebook market place for a decent price. New Plants adorn the living room but I can’t believe that I want even more now (I blame Anna 😂). I’ll be upgrading the Turntable soon but for now that is all. For this update. Are any of You guys into furniture or thinking about redecorating soon? I highly recommend browsing on FB Marketplace. The more you look, the better your algorithm is for finding nice mid century modern/contemporary pieces for cheap. Until Next Update -Dev🫡✌️🖤

Before I decide to sell my BMW R75 Motorcycle this weekend I wanted to take a picture of it and my 911 together 🥺. Aircooled Mechanical Beasts all in their own right. I haven’t decided completely but it looks like I might split with it for a brighter future for the z4 GT3 Project. Until then enjoy them together 😇

How y’all liking the Beta so far? The graphics feels good, and the gameplay is fast I love it. I will say though I appreciate the dolphin dive for escaping enemy fire but these b hoppers are rough to hit. Ppl have found ways to slide cancel but i haven’t looked up how to do that yet, just enjoying playing. What are your guy’s experiences so far?

Any of my followers into collecting Vinyl Records? I started this little hobby 2 weeks ago and wanted to show my setup so far: Audio Technica AT-LP60, Marantz SR325 receiver/amp, Harmon Kardon HKB6. I got the record player while I was picking up these Modernica chairs and i’ve been going for a decent Vintage peripherals rather than getting a modern setup. I’ve had this record cabinet forever and figured it’d be nice to actually put it to use now 🎙🎧 we been visiting goodwills and getting a bunch of old 60s records near me for $2-4. I’m having so much fun with it 😅
