"My internship with NBC for the Olympics was through Emma Bowen actually. Right before the start of my junior year at the University of Central Florida I received an email from Sandra that she had sent out to all the students in the same school year letting us now that they would be sending a handful of Emma Bowen interns to London for the Olympics. I was in the middle of RA training at the time, which was rough b/c I had to sit through that for another few hours before I could race home and start my application. I think I had almost everyone I know read over my cover letter and application before I submitted it. A month or so later I got an email requesting a phone interview, which took place early October. The interview was pretty short, they mostly asked what I did at my internships with the Golf Channel and what I was looking to do in the future. On December 5 I got a call from NBC saying that they'd love to have me in London. My friend had come over to study with me, but we definitely couldn't get any studying done after that haha."

Erica got to work on the production side of NBC Universal, and got to work on the set of multiple TV shows. Here are some pictures of her with Milo Ventimiglia on Heroes in 2009, and some Parks & Rec cast members in 2010. Although she now works in education, she will always have a love for entertainment and production!
