This Saturday .slingland hung out at on behalf of Scarfff Comics Newspaper. He had a great time spreading the indie comix, free tabloid love, made some new friends, and got to visit some old friends along the way! Shout out to ! Your booth looked great and your new FFVII riso animation is PHENOMENAL! We even managed to leave some copies of Scarfff 17 and 18 at the coffee shop by the convention center. Shout out to our friends at and too! It was great seeing you!

Please, go snag a copy from these rad stores and let them know how much to like being able to find Scarfff in LA. (Pssst, Secret Headquarters only has 10 copies, so don’t sleep on these! Do you know this guy? He stole the Scarfff Newspaper Box from out in front of the Fantagraphics Bookstore and Gallery on 12/28/2023. Please help us get it back. Any information would be a great help! His truck is a Rivian R1T (which means he has plenty of resources to go get his own newspaper box!!). Unfortunately the image is just a little too blurry to fully make out his license plate (it looks like the last four digits are 8920). Thank you!
