Bombshell: Zenith Bank appoints Adaora Umeoji as first female CEO

Zenith Bank Plc has announced the foremost banker, Dr. Adaora Umeoji as its new Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

This appointment was disclosed on Tuesday, in a statement signed by the company secretary, Michael Otu, which was filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

Umeoji’s appointment will take effect from June 1, 2024, following the expiration of office of the current GMD, Dr. Ebenezer Onyeagwu, on May 31, 2024.

Dame (Dr) Adaora Umeoji is the first female GMDCEO since the inception of the bank, and her appointment is consistent with the bank’s executive transition tradition, succession plan, and strategy of grooming leaders from within,” part of the statement read.

Before this appointment, Umeoji was the Deputy Managing Director of the bank since October 28, 2016, and with nearly 30 years of banking experience of which 26 years has been with Zenith Bank.

She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where she attended the Advanced Management Programme.

Umeoji is also an alumnus of Columbia Business School with a Certificate in the Global Banking Program.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jos, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and a first-class honours degree in law from Baze University, Abuja.

She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Salford, United Kingdom, a Master in Business Administration from the University of Calabar, and also has a doctorate in business administration from Apollos University, USA.

Umeoji also holds a Certificate in Economics for Business from the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, USA, and has attended various management programmes in renowned Universities around the world including the strategic thinking and Management programme at Wharton Business School, USA.

This man here, I met him when I was in school university of Abuja with his wife Chinwendu nwafor, they were so wretched that they can't even feed one square meal. I worked in Bible society of
Nigeria while in school, my former college willl see this post. I was a cleaner there for years to pay school fees. This family of Charles nwafor was my neighbor in face me and I face you apartment. After working as a cleaner I will give the wife money to cook what they will eat. I catered for this family for years as a single lady.

I paid all his children school fees as a single lady, after I got married I continued paying their fees, I paid their rent as a single lady about 70k then and continued after I married which my husband got a better apartment for them about (700k every year). My husband placed them on a monthly salary until his death 100k every month., I continued after he died.

Did I mention he's a pastor, my husband gave his PA millions of naira to go and buy all church equipments and sent to Abuja and opened a church for him. My husband paid 400k church rent every year.

We basically call our self nwanne. The level of trust was 100 percent, so I thought.

This is what happened. 2021 after my husband died and I traveled to Canada. I put him in charge of my water factory. I made him my manager of the factory.

Every now and then he will tell me that vehicles that supply water knocked engine and needs 3 million to get new engine. I will send to them.( Not knowing it was a lie)

The recent one that happened this year. He called me midnight and said one of our vehicles hit an unknown gun men and they came to the factory threatening to burn the factory. That we must buy new car for them. Charcles nwafor said they are asking for 8 million naira. I sent it to them. ( Not knowing it was all act to extort money from me)

Him and his girl friend Ada he recruited to extort money from me called me one day and switched to a video call.I did screenshot of thr man they said I should greet. When I showed someone the picture I was told he's one of the most wicked babalawo. Obviously they wanted to renew their ( talk and do they did)...... I intensified my prayers

He sold every single property in my factory and did visa to relocate abroad with his family

These are what he sold and amount he sold them

2. Mekano gen 22 voltage(5 million)
3. Two working pure water machine(10 million)
4. Bottle water machine*2(15 million)
5. Tiger gen(can't remember the price

11. One big deep freezer( 800k)
12. One small freezer(300k)

The wickedness of men baffles me.

✅they come to my house by air, the whole 4 kids, husband and wife
✅a widow like me took up a responsibility to help your family and U paid me back with evil. How will your kids survive this curse? Peace U won't find.
✅because of humanity I left ur wife to take care of thr kids, I would hv throne u bought into prison

NV: the girl called Ada Is being interrogated by DSS, she said Charles nwafor called her to come and join him to extort money from me, she said they both sold my factory machines and properties.
A factory that worth over 180M Including the building.
They were planning to sell the land with buildings inside before we knew their plan.

Just help me and tag all bloggers, they are currently with DSS custody . From there to court and straight to prison.

Worse mistake u will do is to make a widow not just a widow but thr faithful ones to cry to God on ur behalf. You will live to regret ever doing such

This picture was actually taken the first time Queen and her husband, David ever met in real life.

This thing about them dating since 2016 isn’t entirely true.

David had just won Mr Nigeria international and so he was at the venue for the pageant which Queen contested.

Well they met, started talking. There was nothing like knacking even though they had reportedly developed feelings for each other through their friendship.

At a point, they lost contact. Queen later went to big brother, David had travelled to UK to pursue his education.

Fast forward, after Queen came out of Big Brother, David hit up on Snapchat. They didn’t have each other’s phone number then.

David wanted a relationship at this point but according to close sources, Queen declined and she was with someone.

Fast forward, the next time they started talking again, Lamba and Queen were having issues.

David will usually call to check on Queen and console her etc.

That was how it all started. Lamba reported broke up with Queen in July, via text. [Which we have].

Queen and David stared dating in October and got engaged in January.

That's the power of f destiny at work👌
