Greetings to the esteemed women of Malawi,

We are delighted to introduce to you "MKAZI", a magazine specifically tailored to empower women throughout the nation. As women, we face numerous challenges such as abuse, neglect, heartbreak, depression, and other difficult situations that can be hard to articulate. Sadly, some of us are dependent on men to the extent that we may be unfairly labeled as "prostitutes" while simply trying to make the best of our circumstances.

MKAZI Magazine is here to provide a platform where we can tackle these sensitive topics and seek expert guidance on how to emerge stronger and more beautiful than ever before. Our first issue will be released on April 25th, and we hope that you will eagerly anticipate getting a copy.

"Mkazi" is a term in the Nyanja dialect that denotes "woman". This magazine aims to cater to women between the ages of 18 and 40. Its primary objective is to instill a sense of empowerment in women, encourage them to cultivate self-sufficiency, and most significantly, to nurture self-love.

In our current societal context, there exist predefined notions of beauty standards that women must conform to, but this publication seeks to counter such limiting beliefs. It recognizes that women, regardless of their skin color, race, or ethnicity, possess an inherent strength and beauty that deserves appreciation.

The publication encompasses a mix of real-life stories, fashion and beauty tips. Additionally, its lifestyle section features recommendations on travel, homes, interiors and food, alongside expert guidance.

- This is a new Malawian upcoming magazine for women!
- First issue will be published on the 15th of April it will be available both as a digital and hard copy magazine!
