Yesterday we got invited by BBC Coventry & Warwickshire to share some top tips for all things three-legged!

We really enjoyed this challenge and wish Lorna & Dan the best of luck🍀 They will be walking a total of 25 miles three-legged for BBC Children in Need 🤯

Stratford's Big 10K 2025!

This 10K was the first ever 10K I did back in 2019 [57:30] so I was excited to see how I'd get on today! Conditions were perfect ⛅

Sub 45 is my current goal, and although this course isn't necessarily the quickest, I was certainly going to give it a go! Started out bang on pace, navigated the hills well but then got the greenway and faded. Maybe it was the terrain, but more likely just need to build that endurance some more! 💪

The medal and support around the course were amazing!! 😍 I will definitely be back again 💯

The Home Nations 5K took place in Bute Park, Cardiff. With a series of races starting from the sub 20's, this was an incredible day and it was awesome to capture!

Give run archery a go this Saturday at Meriden Archery Club! 🎯 In aid of Princess Alice Hospice. There's even a BBQ to celebrate after 😋

Never done archery before? Not a problem - there will be a taster session at the start of the day to teach you all you need to know.

What will it involve? Three 400 m laps and 2 rounds of shooting (each up to 6 arrows). Each missed shot = a 60 m penalty lap, so you'll need to weigh up speed and precision.
