A virtuous woman is described as a woman whose price is above ‘Rubies’. She is a woman who cannot be bought with any currency in the world; no price can be placed on her. An absolute description of a virtuous woman can be found in the bible (Prov. 31:10-23). Suffice to say, she is an embodiment of glory and light. She radiates grace, beauty, honour and she is very hard working.

She is described as a woman full of genuine love for her husband and children; she takes responsibility for everything that happens in the house. Although God has placed man as head of his family, providing safety and physiological needs (house, food etc); He made woman to make most of the planning and the strategic moves to ensure life is beautiful for man and his entire household. When the chips are down, the woman is there to ensure that the man still keeps his head up, making sure all goes well.

This is made possible for her because of the strength that God bestowed upon her when she was created. The holy book says ‘she guards her loin with strength and strengthens her arm’ (proverbs 31:17). That inner strength cannot be purchased with money, gold, silver or diamonds etc. As a result of her strength, her hard work, business acumen, honour and beauty, she has become a force to reckon with. She cannot be pulled down, trampled upon, treated like a piece of used tissue dumped in the bin. She is a woman of substance! She is important to her family and to the economy of her nation. Why then does a woman allow herself to be treated in an impious manner?

God created woman with so much strength, He endowed her with power and authority although she is to submit to a higher authority. He crowned her with beauty and honour... all it takes to live a fulfilled life. Why then are women afraid to take up the challenge that will help them fulfil their destiny; why suffer in silence... The world is waiting for you to explode woman, the world is waiting for you to manifest the glory that has been bestowed on you.

Arise! O virtuous woman; wake up woman of substance. Enough of your weeping, enough of your shame, enough of self pity, enough of blaming yourself; rise up to be what God wants you to be. The time has come for you to shine because the glory of God is risen upon you and your light will ‘no longer go out’. Put your past behind you, look at your present situation and invest in your future. Forgive yourself and discover who you really are so that you can deal with the issues you have swept under the carpet for years. As you unfold things, light comes your way and those dark areas of your life will begin to fade away then you can get to the level of self-actualisation. Those dreams of yours can then become reality. You can do it, you can achieve it. A woman of substance is an achiever!

She was someone that most people just didn’t understand...not for their lack of trying.
She was always kind and smiling, but she never really let her guard down.
Her eyes spoke volumes about who she truly was, but most never bothered to look past her walls to uncover her depths.
Truthfully, she protected who she was with ferocity, saving her real beauty for her special ones..the people that knew her on a different level, an intimate level..
The people she loved were much like her- old souls with empathetic spirits that could read others in ways that intimidated some.
They possessed a wisdom beyond their years and a love deeper than the worldly version of superficiality.
Like them, she needed more than shallow love and mediocre passion.
If she couldn’t give her all to someone or something, she walked away- she didn’t know how to do anything halfway- including love.
She knew she wasn’t for everyone, as there would always be the people that wanted to love her but didn’t know how.
Those were the ones that tried to love her on their terms without truly trying to unravel her mystery and engage her mind.
That was normal, she supposed, so she thought nothing of it.
The world was full of ordinary people leading nice lives with average dreams..
She vowed never to walk that path..it just wasn’t for her.
Her soul yearned for the most intimate relationships and the contentment of deep love- both for herself and others- and she relentless pursued the happiness of those things.
She didn’t try to be different, she just was.
Her soul was distinctively rich and her mind was wired uniquely.
Honestly, she couldn’t tell you the “why” of who she was, only that her heart and soul wouldn’t let her be any other way.
She would shy away from the spotlight and reveled in the dark allure of the stars..
But you’d often find her soaking in a beautiful sunrise or losing herself in the dying rays of hued sunset.
She knew who she was, even if she couldn’t really explain it sometimes.
She was an old soul, caught between a strong mind and a fragile heart..
And most of all, she was beautiful,
She was unforgettable and
She was truly happy.

While all the other girls were playing with dolls, I was focused on building a better me.
I never asked for an easier life, I asked for a stronger will.
My life has never been sunshine and roses, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’ve survived the hard times and evolved with every stumble, fall and mistake.
I learned to rise from the ashes of my failures and become stronger with each conquered mountain.
There’s still days when I don’t want to get out of bed and I feel like my to do list is longer than my patience, but that’s just part of life.
You can either dwell in the hardship or rise to the challenge.
I prefer to take my stumbling stones and build a path to my success.
I’m real, authentic and chase my dreams with an unwavering passion.
I have what matters most to me:
A kind spirit, fierce heart and an old soul.
I know who I and my worth, and I’ll accept nothing less from my life, my friends or my partner.
The fire in my heart and depth in my soul means that not everyone will understand me, but I’m okay with that.
I won’t always be everyone’s cup of tea, but I’ll always be an original.
It’s better to be hated for your uniqueness than to be loved for being fake.
I’ve got a lot of love to give and I know what I want.
I’ll always be ride or die for my people and I’ll do anything for those I love.
I don’t have time for people who treat me like an option when I make them a priority.
Some may say I have an attitude, but I call that having standards.
Forget the small talk and meaningless things, I want substance, heart and adventures that fill my soul.
I’ll never have to ask myself “why didn’t i?’- because I’ll take the chance and try the things that once scared me.
I’ll follow my heart but always take my head with me.
You’ll always know where I stand and what I want..

Have you ever been in love with somebody, then you started each day talking and talking and talking about everything and suddenly communication stops?

Ang sakit diba? Yung taong nakapalagayan mo na ng loob biglang naging busy, Wala nang time sayo, palaging may dahilan para di ka na kausapin at masaklap pa, nalaman mo na mas masaya na siyang kausapin ang iba.

Masakit diba.

Communication, or should I say Good Communication is one of the key in keeping a good relationship.

Pag wala nang communication, paano pa natin maipapadama sa taong mahal natin na mahalaga siya? Na importante siya, na gusto mo siyang mapasaya, na mahal mo siya?

Masakit ang pakiramdam ng pagkatapos ng lahat ng saya, bigla ka nalang di kinausap.

Ganyan din si Lord satin. Alam mo bang nasasaktan din natin siya. Noong panahong hingi tayo ng hingi ng blessing sa kanya lagi natin siyang kinakausap. May paiyak iyak pa tayo at luhod diba kasi we are so much eager na maibigay ni Lord yung wish natin. Pero nung naibigay na ni Lord yung bagay na hinihingi natin, after natin magpasalamat, naging busy na tayo, mas kinakausap na natin ang ibang tao kesa sa Kanya. Mas may oras tayong makipagsayahan sa ibang tao kesa sa Kanya.

If we are hurt with just one person, at ramdam natin ang sakit, what more pa kaya si Lord na ang daming tao sa mundo na gumagawa sa kanya ng ganito diba?

That person who ignored you, is just a person that may change anytime, but the God you ignored is unchanging. Always been, always will be, always loving you unconditionally, the source of every happiness that is pure and unexplainable, the source of EVERYTHING in this world, yes even the love that you were looking for. You cannot love a person if you are not filled with God's love, mauubos tayo kung ang isshare natin na love sa taong mahal natin ay yung galing lang sa atin, i swear.

Again i will say good communication is one of the key to every good relationship.

How was your communication with God lately?
Unchanging yan si Lord, kahit nasaktan mo Siya, waiting siya sayo lagi and always ready to hear your heart again and always ready to fill you again with love, joy, peace, happiness, understanding, patience, inspiration, lahaaaaat.

A lot of mothers have had their babies through CS and came out strong. Many more mothers will still have their babies through CS and still come out strong. No woman should be stigmatised or called lazy for birthing through CS.
Shout out to the belly birth mamas - the warrior women who lay their lives on the operating table for their little ones. You are brave. You are bold. You are beautiful.

Hello mga mahal kooo!

Feelin lonely today. So i asked myself, Is this what they call post partum depression?

So i googled it and found out that it is possible.
One of my friends chatted me, just checkin out on me, and so I said, I'm not okay. Kala niya masama pakiramdam ko, but I said this is something emotional.

Its been 2 months since I gave birth. Sometimes this kind of feeling really happens and eventually nawawala rin naman. Especially pag back to business matters na ang lola niyo.

But this time tumama ang ganitong feeling while im on my way home. So i stopped by here in my favorite spot whenever im stressed out. or whenever i have business meetings. Just to think.

People may see me strong but hey... tao lang ako... may mga areas pa sa buhay ko na , lam mo yung feeling na you are okay in all areas of your life naman pero why in this area laging fail? I know God has something for me... so i just have to wait but hey, i cannot deny na as a person nalulungkot lang din talaga ako.

hays... oh kayo mga mahal ko, kumusta araw niyo? I hope okay lang kayo, if not, okay lang na hindi maging okay ha. Pero promise me, bangon agad tayo after natin umiyak.
