Nigeria's most delectable elegant diva, Dr. Mrs. Shade Okoya(MON) is currently beaming in double celebrations as she marks her 46th birthday as well as 24th wedding anniversary with her husband, High Chief Rasaq Akanni Okoya, the Aare of Lagos.
