2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
32 oz chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken with herbs
2 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots, diced
Half an onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsps butter
1.5 cups heavy cream
Biscuit mix (spilling_the_sweet_tea )
Seasonings used
City Cajun (onestopchop_ )
My Garlic Butter and Herb
Salt if needed
Avocado oil
Seasoning chicken thighs with city cajun seasoning (no its not spicy). Sear in a pot with avocado oil until completely cooked through. Take out, add butter and veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in can of cream of chicken, chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken and simmer until chicken can shred easily. Then add heavy cream, my garlic butter n herb seasoning, and bring to boil. Make biscuits according to packaging. Add biscuits dough in chunks, and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes. Enjoy!

1 can cream of coconut
1 can coconut milk
1 cup carnation milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to your sweetness)
2 star anise
3 cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
Nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Don Q puerto rican rum
Add can of coconut milk to sauce pan with star anise, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Strain out fresh spices and add milk to a blender, add one of the cinnamon sticks, cream of coconut milk, carnation milk, sweetened condensed milk, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined. Strain out bits of cinnamon. Pour some in a jar (thats for the kiddos and preggo ladies lol) then get that rum and pour to your liking!! Blend one more time! Best enjoyed very chilled, even frozen a bit 😉
