I know how it feels to want to crumble to the ground. I know how it feels to hurt so bad you want it all to go away. I get it. It's hard. Life is HARD. And it sucks. Why are we here? Why must we endure all of this pain? What's the price? Is it worth it?
I'll tell you it is. I didn't know I'd make it to 18, and I'm about to celebrate my 28th birthday in less than 2 weeks! I wanted to kill myself when I was 13, what kind of suffering is a 13-year old going through that they would want to kill themselves? I'll tell ya, it was a lot. And I'll make more videos on how that pain and suffering made me into the woman I am.
I am here to tell you it is ALL worth it! I promise you. If you don't feel it now, trust me, it's coming. The rain always comes right before the sunshine.
One thing that helped me was waiting through the hard nights. That was one of the toughest things to do. Night after night. Just waiting for the suffering to end for the demons in my head to stop. But they always do. Eventually. Emotions are temporary, remember that. If you wait through this one, it'll get easier next time. And the time after that. And eventually you get out of your head and you learn how to cope. So just try this one. Just wait it out. It'll all be ok. Message me if you need someone ๐

This past week has been full of so many adventures and I'm so happy to be home!! Honestly, I love traveling, but sometimes it's nice to cozy up at home with my puppy and kitty and be able to cook real food and sleep on a real bed!! (Although I think that just means I need to upgrade my camping equipment! I'm working on it, slowly but surely!!)
I got to experience so much this past week, from getting to see @chloeagnew and @brianmcgranemusic of @thebravecollide LIVE on tour in Asheville to camping for days in bear country in the Smoky Mountains and apparently raccoon country at Myrtle Beach, and also getting to see some old friends, including travel bloggers @alexysabroad and @escaperoamexplore, and the star of the Pirate Voyage in Pigeon Forge, Blackbeard, AKA my good friend @jacobmedich. I think I slayed this week! It was absolutely a blast!! Aaaand now it's time for a really long nap ๐

I was messing around with some footage I've never used from Greece while having a group chat with the Seen and Be Seen dancers from last year.
The first video was when Irina Akulenko had pointed us in the wrong direction to our destination. The second one was when everyone at the retreat was trying this weird concentration snapping game, and then the last video is...shall we say a preview of one of the most talented dancers I've ever met ๐
The beautiful @irinaakulenkodancer brought so many incredible dancers/women together from around the world to create amazing pieces throughout a couple of weeks last summer and she's doing it again this year!! People may or may not understand how much OG Celtic Woman's music got through the hardest parts of my life (and when I say OG, I mean pretty much every show up until the Believe tour when Lisa Kelly and Chloe left ๐ญ I stopped listening to the music after, which I accidentally blurted out to Chloe when I met her for the first time a few weeks ago ๐ณ I still listen to their music when I'm having a moment and have started to do some flow dance training with it! I think there's healing powers in the vibrations of the music, that's why it always helps me โจ๏ธ
