One thing Abbey talked about in this week’s episode is not crying over spilled milk. An example of this is when Abbey lost her hat while rushing through the airport. She never found it and cried for a while, but then she realized it was going to be for the best if she moved forward, because nothing was going to change the fact that her hat was gone. She bought a replacement and decided to love her new hat just as much.

I’m super pregnant and hopefully giving birth this month. My actual best is giving my kids quality time with me, but also letting them watch more TV than normal. Letting myself do my actual best and not beating myself up about how I could be better has taken the pressure off my motherhood and made my life way more do-able. -Andi the Producer
