Meet our meditation and yoga instructor

Jacqueline Powell is a Montreal based Kemetic yoga instructor and the founder of Art of Shu Mindful Movement and Therapies.

She completed her yoga teacher training with Master Yirser Ra Hotep in Negril, Jamaica, January 2015. She is currently completing her studies in massage and holistic therapies.

Her intention is to help ground, release, and transmute our pain into power.

Jacqueline Powell est une enseignante de yoga Kémetique basée à Montréal et la fondatrice de Art of Shu Mouvement consciente et Thérapies.

Elle a complété sa formation de professeur de yoga avec Maître Yirser Ra Hotep à Negril, Jamaïque en janvier 2015. Elle termine actuellement ses études en massage et thérapies holistiques.

Son intention est d'aider à ancrer, libérer et transmuter notre douleur en puissance
