Ingredients
✔️PABALAT / CRUST
👉250 grams or 1 and 3/4 cup
👉1/2 cup water
👉1/2 cup oil
👉1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
✔️SEW:
👉25 grams 1st class or hard flour or 1/8 cup
👉25 grams lard or shortening or 1 tbsp +1 tsp
✔️PALAMAN:
👉1 and 1/2 cup sugar (white) or 1 3/4 cup brown or washed
👉1/2 cup water
👉1/2 cup oil
👉1 tsp vanilla
👉1 tsp salt
👉1 tbsp ube flavoring
👉1/2 tsp food color violet (optional)
👉2 tbsp milk powder
👉25 grams margarine or 1tbsp + 1 tsp
375 grams soft flour or 3rd class flour
1 egg + yellow food color for egg wash (pang banya)

Bingka Bigas Recipe💕

Ingredients
4 cups coconut milk
2 1/2 cup rice
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp Salt

Instruction:
1. Bring to boil the coconut milk for 5 minutes and cool for 10mins.
2. Clean the Rice (2x wash)
3. add the Warm (Cooked) coconut milk and soak for 4 Hours.
4. Grind soaked Rice until smooth (you can use grinder or Blender)
5. Add the Sugar and Yeast, mix well to distribute completely. Cover the the bowl and let the mixture rise for 1 hour.
6. prepare the banana leaves and the bibingka molder.
7. pour the mixture in the molder top with grated coconut.
8. Cook with fire charcoal up and down for 5mins . With Oven ( bake for 25-30mins in 180 Degree Celsius Pre-Heated Oven)

P**O BALANGHOY RECIPE♥️

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pc. coconut grated (kinayod na niyog)
1 kilo cassava, grated (squeezed and dry)
1 cup water
1 (300ml) can CARNATION CONDENSADA (Condensed milk)
2/3 cup pinipig toasted combined with
1/3 cup desiccated coconut, toasted
1 cup young coconut meat, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a mixing bowl, add brown sugar and 1 cup of the grated coconut and cassava.
Add about 3/4 cup of the cassava mixture in the coconut shell, add some shredded young buko meat and cover with aluminum foil. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
Unmold to a serving dish and cover with foil while making the rest of the p**o.
For the toppings:
Add the warm water to the remaining grated coconut and extract the coconut milk. (magpiga ng gata 1st and 2nd extract)
Combine Condensada and coconut milk in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring continually, until sauce becomes smooth and thick.
Pour mixture on top of the p**o. Sprinkle pinipig-coconut mixture on top.
Serve warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 cups Sticky Rice/ Malagkit Rice
3 cups Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp Water

Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instruction:
1. Wash/Clean the Sticky Rice until the water comes clear. Soak overnight.
2. Drain after overnight soaking.
3. Prepare the steamer with boiling water put clean cloth or parchment paper then add the drained Sticky Rice. Close the cloth or parchment paper, cover the steamer and cook 25-30mins or until cooked.
4. Checked the Sticky Rice if cooked and remove from the Steamer.
5. Put Coconut milk in the Pot, add Sugar and Salt. Bring to boil.
6. after Boiling remove from heat (it is now the coconut cream), then add 2 cups cream to the cooked Sticky Rice, mix well, cover and leave for 30mins.
7. bring to boil the rest of 1 cup coconut cream then add the diluted cornstarch then stir until thick. Remove from heat.
8. Toast Sesame Seeds.
9. Serve and enjoy!

Bibingkang Malagkit😋
📍Recipe:
Ingredients/needed:
6 cups coconut milk
3 cups glutinous rice, washed
1 1/2cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
Banana Leaves
Toppings:
2 1/2 cups Coconut Cream (Latik)
1 cup Brown Sugar
½ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a pot combine glutinous rice and 6 cups of coconut milk and bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
Simmer gently while occasionally mixing to cook them evenly and not burn the bottom, let the mixture thicken until it’s nearly dried out.
Add sugar and salt then mix continuously on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
At this stage, it will be really sticky.
Line a 9x 13 baking tray with banana leaf then transfer the cooked glutinous rice. Set it aside.
Prepare your topping by mixing all topping ingredients together in a pan, bring it to a boil and simmer on medium heat uncovered until heavily reduced but still runny.
Pour topping over the rice cake on the baking pan then bake in a 180C preheated oven for 20 minutes or until topping becomes really thick and dark (not burnt).
Remove from oven and set it aside to cool down.
Serve.
