As a directive notice published by the Office of Registrar, Kathmandu University to regulate all the social media accounts using the University's name and/or emblem, we have changed the name of our page from Elocution Society of Kathmandu University to Elocution Society, because we are currently not registered at the University.

Elocution Society of Kathmandu University was founded with larger hope and objectives to identify, discuss and find sustainable solutions to the contemporary scientific, environmental, technological, philosophical, political, social, cultural and artistic issues of importance through introspective, retrospective and outward projective analytic techniques.
We wanted to work for the development of the art and debate culture in Kathmandu University, through variously themed programs ranging from Talk Shows to Debates,Movie Screenings, Musical Concerts to Dramas among others. Alas, not all dreams are sustainable. We are sorry for not living up to our motto due to the various constraints.
We however welcome newer batches to join in this initiative, and we would be more than happy if the determined ones want to continue this legacy. We would be elated to provide club name, emblem and even guidance if required.

Keep growing, keep shining!
