Ex Manchester City player Benjamin Mendy cleared of all r**e charges

But at what cost, both his career & life has been ruined by false allegations

With regards to his career, contract with Manchester City got terminated & will probably never get signed by any big team due to the stigma of him having been accused of r**e

With regards to his life, he went to prison, lost valuable time & his reputation down the drain, he'll forever be a rap!st in society

And the accusers, continue their lives, like nothing ever happened. When will this end? When will society realize the same trauma that a woman rap£d experiences is just as equal as the trauma a man goes for falsely being accused of rap£

Presidential election Petition Tribunal 16/06/2023

Read the court proceedings below.....

The Secretary just walked in and made an announcement.
Someone stole a laptop belonging to a lawyer yesterday.

The laptop was stolen during PDP’s Case😭

The CCTV picked up the face of the person who stole the laptop and they are actively searching for him.

Everyone has been advised to hold their properties close and watchful since people are now stealing in the courtroom😭
They won’t even take you to court, you’d go straight to prison😅.

The other day they stole a baby lawyer’s wig and gown😭.
A lawyer that has not even started shouting my lord if I may, may I.

The judges are now seated.

Justice Tsammani: Good Morning everyone, let’s get full cooperation today. Remember today is Friday so let’s be timely.

The clerk has now announced the case.

Peter Obi is now with the microphone with a face full of smile

Peter Obi: Respectfully my lord, I am Mr. Peter Gregory Obi for the petitioners.

The APC representative is also here

Saturday Monsignia: May it please this honourable court, I am Saturday Monsignia Esquire, Deputy Director Legal Services APC.

This one Saturday has started adding Esquire to his name, he doesn’t use to say it before oh, he wants to oppress us that are Esquire by association 😅.

Lead Counsel:

Labour Party - SAN LIVY UZOUKWU

INEC - SAN AB MAHMOUD

Tinubu and Shetimma - SAN AKIN OLUJIMI

APC: SAN LO FAGBEMI

SAN Livy is now with the mic without wasting time.

SAN Livy: My lord, we would like to continue with the witness from yesterday.

The witness steps out and he’s reminded that he’s still on oath

INEC: Good morning

Witness: Morning

INEC: Can you tell the court where you were on election day

Witness: On election day

INEC: Answer me properly I know you have been thought to repeat after me to waste my time

LP: Objection that’s wrong

Justice Tsamamni: Why would you say that where you there when he was told
😅

INEC: Where were you Mr. Mathematical Startistician

Witness: I voted

INEC: Where you requested to do the Labour Party analysis

Witness: I was requested to produce the report

INEC: And you were paid for it

Witness: Nobody paid me for it

INEC: You acted like a patriotic Nigerian

LP: Objection it’s too early to be standing up, that’s not right

Justice Tsamamni: Ikwueto let him go on please

INEC: You did it as a patriotic nigerian

Witness: I am a patriotic Nigerian and I wanted to have something to teach my student with

INEC: Your primary source of data was IREV portal

Witness: Yes

INEC: In your witness statement you made reference to forms EC8As as well as results uploaded on the IREVs

Witness: Not really

INEC: What do yo mean by reports on IReV portal

Witness: It is copies of forms EC8As uploaded

INEC: IREV and EC8As you’re referring to same document

Witness: No they are different

INEC: What’s the difference

Witness: The forms of EC8As are like this (holding a paper) while the ones on IREVs are copies of it

‘Na wa oh professor professor
That’s why you’re a prof😅’

INEC: The form EC8A uploaded on the portal is the only thing you see on IREV

Witness: Not really

Justice Tsammani: Not really is not an answer

Witness: I said not really because his question doesn’t need a definite answer.

INEC: The form EC8A are the only thing you’d see on IREV

Witness: No

INEC: What else

Witness: There were blurred images

INEC: What else did you see

Witness: Some of them did not relate to the analysis done as for instance senate and HOR results were there on presidential

INEC: Prof when you referred to blurred EC8As on IREV, you don’t expect the physical copies to blurred

Witness: I didn’t see the physical copies

INEC: In all your review you didn’t see any thing on the portal that suggests there’s an electronic collation on the portal, am I right

Witness: Anything electronic

INEC: You’re a prof I’m sure you speak English clearly

Witness: The portal is an electronic collation system

Justice Tsamamni: The portal, just the portal

Witness: Yes

INEC: Are you suggesting to the court that the portal can collate and tabulating result

Witness: The portal can only hold what you input so it’s not capable of doing that

INEC: You made mention of 18,088 blurred EC8As and you were made to use the LP agents sheets for your analysis

Witness: I didn’t only use Labour Party agents forms

INEC: You referred to Labour Party agents results

Witness: That part says

INEC cuts in: I didn’t ask you to read it
You referenced Labour Party agents

Witness: Yes I did

INEC: So where are their EC8As did you attach them to your report

Witness: I believe it has been tendered.

INEC: Did you attach it

Witness: No I did not

INEC: You’re not an election expert prof

Witness: It depends on what you mean by election expert

INEC: What do you understand by that. I suggest that there’s no way you could have undertaken the task on paragraph C3 of your witness statement which states compliance regulations and electoral rules of INEC

Witness: If I understand you clearly, the elections act and the guides states there should be online transmission

INEC: Are you an election expert
Can you declare compliance

Witness: Yes, I can declare compliance

INEC: Can you confirm to the court when you concluded your assignment to LP

Witness: It was 19th of March

INEC: Look at the Rivers State document, Degema LGA of Rivers
Read the Polling Unit

Witness: Omoge Memorial Hall

Justice Tsammani: Let’s have the PU number

Witness: 002

Justice Ugo: What’s the Ward

INEC: Ward 7

INEC: Ao witness, what’s the accredited voters, it’s 40 correct, number of voters is 40 correct

Witness: Correct

INEC: There’s no over voting correct

Justice Ugo: Help us na, his time is going
40 plus 40 is 80

🤣😅🤣

Witness: There’s no over voting.

INEC: That would be all my lord.

Tinubu’s Lawyers
Tinubu lawyer: Your report covers only 2 states Benue and Rivers State

Witness: As at the point when the report was requested for

T lawyer: But you covered only 2 states

Witness: No I did all the states but those were the 2 I could present when I was called to tender and the documents tendered speaks for themselves

Tinubu: Please prof do not be rude, answer my question

Witness: I didn’t mean to be rude my lord

Tinubu: You tendered for Benue

Witness: Yes and others

Tinubu: Did you tender for rivers

Witness: Yes

Tinubu: So why didn’t you tender for Oyo State

Justice Tsamamni: So you want him to tender for your own state

😅

Tinubu: So apart from rivers State which other state did you tender
Prooooof
Prof which other state did you tender

Witness: You’re asking the questions and smiling so I don’t get you

‘The whole courtroom is laughing’

Justice Ugo: This is between senior advocate of law and senior advocate of mathematics

Tinubu: Did you tender for any other state apart from 2

Witness: Whatever you say my lord😅

Justice Tsamamni: You tendered 2 states just answer the question you tendered only 2 states

Witness: Yes

Tinubu lawyer: Thank you, if you had more data than you worked with, your report would be different

Witness: The report shows that, it is done on interval basis

Tinubu lawyer: You worked on available data

Witness: Yes

Tinubu lawyer: So if you had more data, your report would be different

Witness: Yes

‘Everyone is murmuring at this point’

Tinubu lawyer: You have not played with this witness statement to have done any analysis for a court case in election matter like this

Witness: No

Tinubu lawyer: You have never done it, okay.
You said you were requested by 20th Feb 2023 by LP to carry out data analysis of the elections that has not even be held.

Witness: Yes

Tinubu lawyer: So all this was done in anticipation that Labour Party would lose the election

‘The whole courtroom shouts AHHH’
😅

Witness: No that’s not it.

Tinubu lawyer: You were also in that engagement requested to determine INEC’s compliance of the regulations of the electoral act.

Witness: Yes

Tinubu lawyer: So I find it strange that after 20th Feb 2023 you didn’t give them what they contracted you for.
Now you’re here on subpeona

Witness: Well at the point of start of the contract, I didn’t expect to be in court. And I took the job as I saw a means of helping my student.

Tinubu lawyer: So

Justice Tsammani cuts in, I believe you heard the bell
Your time is up.

It’s now time for APC

APC: My lord I am very weak in mathematics

Justice Tsamani: but you’re here to find x

😅

APC: I will pass the mic to my colleague SAN Owonikoko

‘Hmmm SAN Owonikoko who I faced during the Lekki Massacre case’

APC: You’ve done well in your career
What’s a theory in mathematics to say a document is blurred

Witness: There’s no theory

APC: So I will be correct to say that your report based on that part, is not on expertise anyone that isn’t blind would see what is blurred right

Witness: Of course

APC: What level of numeral literacy does one require to do addition of polling units result

Witness: If we go by what you asked, INEC won’t use experts

APC: So you don’t need expert to do simple arithmetic

Witness: Depends on what you mean as simple and arithmetic is not so simple and experts are needed at some point

‘He’s talking so fast😅’

Witness: You don’t need expert

APC: Your choice of rivers and Benue as touch stone of your analysis was a random pick and not based on any theory

Witness: Yes it was random

APC: You were aware at the Presidential election, 3 leading parties won a number of states in line of votes
APC, ELLU PEEE, and PDP

‘Everyone is laughing’
‘Why did APC lawyer pronounce LP like that, abi he’s a backyard Obidient 😅’

Witness: My job has nothing to do with who wins and who did not

APC: But did you know as a Nigerian who won

Witness: What it seems may not be what you’ve heard.
Wahalurrrrr😅🤣😅

Justice Bolaji: are we recording or we don’t need this because we need to record

‘Thank you oh, because my hand 😅’

APC: Who won the election in Rivers based on what INEC announced

Witness: Based on what INEC declared
I don’t know

APC: Okay you don’t know who won in Benue State

Witness: Who won is different from who was declared.

BULLETSSSS

APC: You used 2 states that was won by APC

Witness: I cannot say for now

APC: The exercise you carried out here has some elements of statistics

Witness: Actual I dealt on exact data

APC: We will find that out today.
What you did was sampling

Witness: No, sampling has to do with forecasting this was done with exact result

Justice Bolaji: It as if it’s only 2 of you that understand what you are doing

😅😅😅
Thank you because this is happening too fast 😅😭😅

APC: You don’t know what rivers PU is or Benue but the total of Rivers State and Benue doesn’t reach up to 18,088 blurred you have mentioned

Witness: It’s not connected

Justice Bolaji: he’s saying it’s not adding up

Witness: Yes it doesn’t because it’s not connected

LP: My lord, understand his answer he said it’s not connected

Justice Bolaji: that’s not the answer to the questions

APC: he has answered, I got f9 in maths so no problem, do what you want.

🤣😅🤣

APC: As a researcher without being a statistician you have to be conscious of the sampling data used

Witness: Like I said before the data I used is an exact data, there’s no random data

APC: So your choice of Rivers where APC won and Benue was not random sampling and not based on bias

Witness: I think you’re referring to 2 different things

APC: I am not

Witness: My lord, when it comes to the data before us it’s an exact data but when it comes to sampling states, I picked randomly

APC: Is it right to teach your students based on this 2 states where APC won

Witness: Well it’s not in the point to bring in my students

APC: In your report, you analyze forms EC8A forms as uploaded on IRev as results on blurred but you didn’t include EC8B, C or D

Witness: I based it on EC8A because what it’s wrong at PU level would destabilise everything else from ground up.

APC: Hmmm okay that would be all

Re-Examination

SAN Ikwueto: So when you mentioned if you use other forms EC8 apart from A

Justice Bolaji cuts in: Well his answer was clear

Ikwueto: As my lord wishes, also in the over voting aspect

INEC: Objection, he wants to change the witness answers that’s not right

LP: Well he need to clarify

Justice Ugo: Well it’s clear I heard him

LP: Okay as the court wishes

😅😅😅

The witness from Arise TV is now back for cross examination

He is reminded of his oath.

INEC’s lawyer immediately stands up and states that he doesn’t have any questions for him.

INEC lawyer stands up again

INEC: My lord, I’ve changed my mind. I have questions
😅🤣😅

INEC: What is transfer

Witness: Transfer is the movement of data from one designated location to a non designated location

INEC: And what is transmission. It is didfeeent from Transfer right

Witness: Yes

INEC: So when you broadcasts you’re actually transmitting right

Witness: Yes

INEC: So you transmitted this

Witness: Yes

INEC: that would be all

Lol what’s all this 😅😅😅

Tinubu’s lawyers are now up

Tinubu: Witness will you confirm that you were not present at Chatham house during this on 17th jan 2023

Witness: Physically no, it was live streaming so I was present online

Tinubu: So you were not in Chatham house, you were not invited.
The INEC Chairman prof Yakubu Mahmoud is still alive today

Witness laughs: 😅
Yes I believe so as far as I know

Tinubu: That would be all my lord

‘NA WA OH’
Awon lawyer

APC Lawyer Owonikoko is now up

APC: Can you summerize the relevance of the video you played

Witness: INEC decided to use technology for the elections

APC: Part of that development of technology would include the use of BVAS exclusively for voters

Witness: In my understanding

APC: Before 2019, voters register was used and there was no use of BVAs

Witness: Yes

APC: It was introduced in 2023 election

Witness: I believe so

APC: Would I be right to say you are familiar with the guidelines of INEC Electoral act for 2023 elections

Witness: I am not totally familiar

APC: From the flash that you played, we heard the Chairman of INEC indicating that copies of forms EC8A would be snapped and uploaded on IReV portal am I correct

Witness: Yes

APC: Contents that would be aired live gets to be viewed by editor either live or online

Witness: Most times

APC: After 17th of January do you agree that a federal high court

LP cuts in: Objection my lord, my witness brought a flash drive to play his video by his company, why is he asking about federal court
What’s his business.

Justice Tsammani: So what did his testimony state

LP: That he’s coming here to give evidence of what was covered on that video

Justice Ugo: Let him ask the question before you raise the objection. My only issue with what Owonikoko is saying is the part of federal court, so let him finish if it’s wrong we would address

Justice Bello: You can’t phantom his question, let him ask it first and once he’s done you will object

APC: I just want to ask him about the federal court

Justice Tsammani: Move on form that question, you can’t ask him that, did you tender any federal court document here, you can’t ask him that

APC: Are you aware that after that interview, INEC said they would no longer electronically transmit the election result

‘Everyone in court shouts a loud aahhhhhhh’

Ahhhhhhhh
Owonikoko has started 🤣😅🤣
What is this.

Witness: I am not aware that ever happened.

APC: In a newspaper dated 23rd from Tribune, INEC said they won’t use any electronic transmission, did you see it

Justice Tsammani: You can’t ask him that, it’s not his company, he didn’t edit or write that. I’d you want it in evidence come and tender it so we can see.

APC: Okay, that would be all my lord.

🤣🤣🤣
Sandalili

Labour Party lawyers have now brought in a witness from AIT after much argument from the court.

The judges said there’s no more time
SAN Livy insisted the witness has to be heard today because she would be attending the burial ceremony of the DAAR Communications boss who died recently.

Justice Tsammani: If it won’t take more than 30 minutes then go ahead.

SAN Ikwueto has now called out the witness.

The witness has now stepped forward and she’s been sworn in.

Hmmm Labour Party’s first female witness.

LP: Tell the court your name

Witness: My name is Ijeoma

LP: Tell the court where you work

Witness: I work at DAAR Communication Limited the owners of AIT Africa Independent Television and I have my ID Card to prove that.
😅

LP: Tender the ID Card

There was no objection from the respondents on the ID Card tendered.

LP: So you’re here to show us something, where is it

Witness: It’s on this flash drive.

LP: We seek to tender my lord.

The flash drive has now been tendered to bar.

All respondents have objected to the flash drive being tendered 🤣😅🤣

LP: You have the subpoena sent to your company right

Witness: Yes I do

LP: We wish to tender my lord.

There was no objection from the respondents to the tendering of the Subpoena from AIT

We are now about to watch film.

Ahn Ahn
The film is not playing oh😅🤣😅

INEC: There’s a problem with the transmission. There are glitches, it happens all the time 🥲😅🥲

Presidential election Petition Tribunal update 15/06/2023

Learned Silks
Eyes on the Judiciary

VAR Screens Present
Peter Obi is present
Labour Party is also heavily present

Today would be explosive

The original learned silks😅

I am now a learned silk by association

You know when the court is about to seat, someone runs around with one staff that looks like coat of arms.

That’s a mace
The way this man always run around with it, I hope he doesn’t fall in the court one day.

He’s always so cheerful but serious.
It’s really amazing. I have applied for the job, because I want to be running around with that mace both in the courtroom and in my house.
Why wipe someone with oraimo cord, when you can wipe them with a thick aluminium mace 🥹.

The judges are coming and our friend is currently running around with the mace 🥹

The judges are now seated.

Justice Adah: Good Morning everyone, I hope we will get your full cooperation today.

The clerk has now called the case.

Peter Obi is up on his feet with the microphone

Peter Obi with a huge smile on his face: Respectfully my lord, I am Mr. Peter Gregory Obi and I am representing the petitioners.

Saturday Monsigne Esq: Deputy Director Legal Services APC

INEC is absent today, wow I wonder why😏.

Lead Counsel:

Labour Party - SAN LIVY UZOUKWU

INEC - SAN AB MAHMOUD

Tinubu and Shetimma - SAN AKIN OLUJIMI

APC: SAN LO FAGBEMI

SAN Livy is now up to kickstart the proceeding

SAN Livy: My lord we are now ready to start and my learned brother SAN Ikpeazu will kickstart the proceeding.

SAN Ikpeazu has now collected the mic

SAN Ikpeazu: Quickly my lord, so we would now call the subpoenaed witness Professor Eric

Wow
Labour Party came with a witness today

Amazing

The Secretary has now sworn in the witness.

I will omit the information of his full name and address

SAN Ikpeazu: Tell the court what you do

Witness: I am a professor of mathematics at Anambra University

Wahala INEC’s lead counsel AB Mahmoud just cuts in

SAN Mahmoud: My lord I have just been served this morning in court just a few minutes with the sworn written statement of the witness now on the stand and I can see from the witness statement which I have now even been able to read through that there are 6 or about 7 appendices and this obviously is a star witness
To be honest I and my team are handicapped on how to proceed this morning with this witness.
I would have thought that the counsel in the spirit of cooperation that this should have been given to us in good time because it’s not about ambush or taking us by surprise so if the counsel wants to continue with this witness, they should step him down and give us all the documents to allow us proceed properly
This is my humble prayer to the court.
Thank you my lord.

‘Wow, whaluurrrr’

Tinubu and Shettima’s lawyer is now up

SAN Olanipekun: My lord, I will agree with my colleague to step down this witness so that we can study this document. He should be stepped down for a few minutes like my colleague states.

INEC lawyer cuts in

INEC: I didn’t say minutes, I don’t know where Olanipekun got that, I am not a genius like you.
The rules are clear, we need 48 hours.

Justice Tsammani: You say the rule says 48 hours, which rule says that

INEC: The schedule my lord, it states 48 hours for expert witness also the federal high court rules states the same

‘The whole court is now murmuring’
Hmm wahala

Tinubu and Shettima’s: My lord, I just spoke with my colleague, the witness can go on but we will not cross examine him today but much later because we would not be ambushed

APC lawyer is now up

SAN Fagbemi: My lord, we were also served this witness disposition a few minutes before the court sat.
That as it may, we align ourselves with e submission of Chief Olanipekun that subject to your lords submission, the witness can continue but we will cross examine him later and not today.

SAN Ikpeazu: We can go on with the witness adoption today.
I am waiting for Mahmoud to confirm that we can go on with the adoption.

SAN Mahmoud: My lord the witness can fo on with the adoption but the cross examination like my colleagues have said would not happen today.

SAN Ikpeazu: My lord, we can go on with the adoption while we take the cross examination in 1 to 2 hours. This witness just responded yesterday and we came in immediately with him.
All the respondents have the best SANS at hand 😏
So I believe 1 to 2 hours would be okay for their best minds to cross examine this witness.

‘Wahala, see whyning’😅

Hmm
The judges are now discussing heavily with each other with stern faces.

Justice Tsammani: In the interest of everyone, we have agreed to have the witness statement today while cross examination would be tomorrow.

All the APC lawyers are heavily nodding their heads in confirmation

INEC lawyers can be seen still murmuring with each other.

SAN Ikpeazu is now up to continue with the witness.

SAN Ikpeazu: Where do you work

Witness: I am a Mathematician at Nnamdi Azikiwe University

LP: Do you recognise your statement

Witness: Yes I do, with my signature and what I wrote.

LP: So do you adopt this document with you as your statement

Immediately Tinubu’s lawyer stands up and cuts in

Olanipekun: My lord we object.
We object to this adoption of the witness statement. I was waiting for Mahmoud to rise but we’ll, we object to this adoption.

‘Wow, SAN Objection’

INEC’s lawyer is now up

SAN Mahmoud: My lord we also object to the adoption of this witness and would state our reasons at the stage of address.

Wahala 🤣🤣🤣

APC: My lord we also object to this adoption of the witness.

‘Some lawyers are paid to be shouting objection objection objection 😅’

SAN Ikpeazu is now up with a huge smile on his face.

SAN Ikpeazu is now reading the Electoral Act that states a witness is mandated to present statements and also cross examination process.

LP: Do you adopt your evidence in chief

Witness: Before the adoption I want to make a clarification on page 5

Justice Tsammani: No you cannot make corrections, you have adopted

SAN Ikpeazu: My lord, the witness is allowed to point out the few areas that he wishes to correct just like we have done previously before he adopts.

Justice Tsammani: Okay

LP: So proceed witness

Witness: In bracket, C table 3 that shows Rivers State document should be replaced with c table 2 and 3 of Benue state documents

Justice Adah: What of the E or F which one is supposed to be there

Witness: E has sub documents and that entire segment is for Benue

Justice Tsammani: That’s an alteration

SAN Ikpeazu: No my lord, it’s an amendment, it’s a typographical error

Justice Tsammani: The only way I can accept this is if he withdraws the statement while you can and correct what you need corrected
I cannot use pen to alter my document

SAN Ikpeazu: My lord, we have done this before, he has not adopted the statement yet. He can make corrections when needed.
It’s just one line of table 2 and 3. That’s all. It can be corrected.
We have made corrections before with statements in this courtroom.

INEC’s lawyer is now on his feet

Hmmm problem.

SAN AB Mahmoud INEC: The only way we can accept is if he withdraws the statement.
He should withdraw and make all his corrections and come back another time.

SAN Ikpeazu is about to stand

INEC: Learned colleague please I’m still on my feet.
This correction is too substantive and we won’t allow it.

SAN Ikpeazu is now up

SAN Ikpeazu: Corrections to statements have been done here before, just before adoption of statement
I don’t see the issue now.

INEC Mahmoud: My lord, we leave it to your discretion but I have made my stance known.

Tinubu lawyer: My lord, we leave it to your discretion.

APC: My lord we leave it to your discretion.

‘It’s obvious now that they are doing all these to waste the time of Labour Party’s lawyers, the shorter time Labour Party lawyers have, the better it is for the respondents, so they are willing to waste that time’

One INEC baby lawyer sitting beside me has just stood up to show AB Mahmoud something in his laptop as related to this witness.
It’s my fault na, I allowed him charge the laptop with the socket beside me.
He will come back and meet me here😒.

SAN Ikpeazu is now up with a huge smile

LP: We allowed Olanipekun make corrections before, so there should be no problem.

Justice Tsammani: Let him make the corrections and let’s proceed

SAN Ikpeazu: Thank you my lord, you can see the whole page there is written Benue, so that statement beneath that shows Rivers is typographical, so just change it as Benue.

Justice Tsammani: Go ahead

SAN Ikpeazu: So witness do you now adopt your witness statement

Witness: Yes I do

‘Congratulations oh😅’

SAN Ikpeazu: On paragraph 4 on page 3 paragraph B(b) you mentioned 18,088 blurred Polling Unit result.
You did.

Witness: Yes I did.

Justice Tsammani: Where is it

SAN Ikpeazu: Paragraph 9 i, ii and iii my lord. We would now tender all these documents.
We have gone extra miles of making copies for our learned friends on the other side so that we don’t need to apply again to make copies.

The clerks are now taking the copies from Labour Party and Peter Obi’s lawyers to distribute to all respondents.

Ladies and gentleme, have you seen an encyclopaedic dictionary 😭😭😭
Put 10 of it on top each other.
That is how the document for this witness is 😭😭😭

What kind of wickedness is this.
The judges are all laughing.

INEC lawyers are looking with surprise and shock.

Labour Party what is this
At this point the whole court is laughing.
When do you expect them to finish reading this document 😭🤣😭

SAN Ikpeazu: My lord, we are kind enough to make them copies, so they won’t stress themselves.

SAN Ikpeazu is not nice😭
What is this.

Justice Tsammani: Incan see how nice you are. You are very nice with this loads of documents
🤣🤣🤣

The whole courtroom is laughing.

INEC: My lord, we object to this loads of documents
🤣🤣🤣

Tinubu’s lawyers: My lord, when I saw these buckets this morning, I thought Ikpeazu’s daughter is doing wedding and he’s sharing asoebi for the wedding
😅
We object to all these documents.
It cannot even contain their buckets
🤣🤣🤣

SAN Ikpeazu: It’s your colleague that’s doing wedding na

APC lawyer SAN Fagbemi stood up with a no smiling face and ended all the jokes immediately: We object to this and we would give our reasons in full at the final address.

‘What is this 🤣😅🤣’

I wish I can take a picture of the documents so that you all can see it.
When would the respondents be done going through it 🤣

Is that how much INEC stole the election. This evidence from the witness😭😭😭

The judges are currently looking through the documents to understand.

I doubt they can understand it today oh😭🤣😭

So the whole courtroom is just calm while the judges are looking through.

Justice Ugo: This is what Igbo men would see and shout Odiegwu
🤣

SAN Ikpeazu: My lord, that’s why we explained all the appendix in the report so that we can avoid any form of Odiegwu😅

Justice Tsammani: We would sort out this later, we will rise for 5 minutes and come back

😭🤣😭

The court is now going for a 5 minutes break.

Immediately the judges stood up, the clerks and the secretary signalled to the Labour Party lawyers and SAN Ikpeazu to come and assist them with the explanation the justices need on just one of the encyclopaedic evidence 😅

So right now, they are all flipping pages and trying to understand one of the document.

Peter Obi and Julius Abure are sitting pretty beside me waiting for you all to go through their encyclopaedic evidence 😭😭😭

The court is back.

Justice Tsammani has now admitted the encyclopaedic evidence as evidence before the court and tagged them as exhibits.

While the court was out, I saw some lawyers from APC dragging one bucket of encyclopaedic evidence outside. I think it’s their own copy of the witness evidence.
They were so angry they didn’t even want to wait for me to make a video but I still pursued them outside to make a short video 😭

SAN Ikpeazu: Thank you my lord and thank you for the time to explain the documents.
Now witness, you made mention of 18,088 blurred result sheet from IREV

The witness is now going through one of the documents

Tinubu’s lawyer SAN Olanipekun cuts in with an angry face

Olanipekun: My lord objection. How long will this witness use to spend time in this court. They should let us know what kind of witness he is so that we can know how long he’s supposed to use. He has used over 2 hours now and even expert witness are not supposed to use that much time.
We have spent the whole day on this one witness.

SAN Ikpeazu: My lord we are not the ones wasting the time. And by the way we are only laying more foundation so that you can justify the 48 hours you need to cross examine him
🤣😅🤣

SAN Ikpeazu should be crowned SAN Violence in chief.

They are still bringing more evidence again. Labour Party is currently giving out all the respondents another set of documents 😭😭😭
Labour what is all this, you really want this people to Labour for 48 hours to ask 1 person question 😭😭😭

All respondents have now objected to the evidence

‘And I don’t blame them, at this point even me, I will object because how will I explain 18,088 blurred IREV report 😭’

Justice Tsammani: I am having a little problem here. I want to admit these evidence but I don’t know how to explain it. Should I use bucketfull evidence or a truck load of evidences brought in buckets

😭🤣😭
At this point the whole courtroom is laughing.

SAN Ikpeazu: Anyone my lord wishes🤣

SAN Ikpeazu: Witness you were given an engagement to carry data analysis on the total election by Labour Party

Witness: Yes

SAN Ikpeazu: You we’re also subpoenaed here.

Witness: Yes

SAN Ikpeazu: Let me have the letters.

Witness brings the letters and at this point justice Tsammani cuts in

Justice Tsammani: We are aware of the subpeona but we don’t know about a letter

SAN Ikpeazu: It’s a letter of engagement my lord. The letter is dated 20th of February 2023 signed by Labour Party to this statistician to carry out data analysis on the whole election for them.

‘Wow so Labour Party engaged a statistician before election, wow I think they saw this coming. Okwute’😭

Justice Tsammani: Any objections

INEC: My lord I have no objection to the subpoena 😅
But as respect to the letter dated 20 Feb 2023, I object.

Tinubu’s Lawyer: My lord we object to all the letters.
😅

APC: We do not object to the letter but we object to the subpeona

‘Ahn Ahn I don’t understand what is happening 😅
Labour Party has confused all the respondents🤣’

The Tinubu’s lawyers can be visibly seen asking the APC lawyer to object and he’s visibly nodding his head saying he won’t.
He is loudly saying, I have my reasons.

Wow.

The 1st witness has now been stepped down and his cross examination would be done tomorrow.

SAN Livy has now called another witness for Labour Party.

Wow today is a packed day.

SAN Livy: I will now call the witness from Arise TV

The witness is now out.

LP: Witness tell the court your name

Witness: My name is Lumi

I will omit the part of his address for security reasons.

LP: Where do you work

Lumi: I work at Arise News

Justice Tsammani: I hope we would be done with this witness before 1

LP: Yes my lord

LP: Witness you were subpoenaed

Lumi: Yes

LP: Do you have it here

Lumi: Yes I do

LP: My lord, I now tender this subpoena

All the respondents did not object to the tendering of the subpeona 😅

The witness has now presented his ID Card to the court with no objection from the respondents.

Justice Tsammani has now admitted the Arise TV ID Card as evidence 😅

This one Labour Party subpoenaed Channels TV last week and Arise TV this week, next week we would see NTA News oh😭😭😭

The witness from Arise TV at the PEPT today has now been asked to adopt his statement.

All respondents objected to the adoption of his statement.

‘Na wa oh😭😅😭’

LP: Do you adopt this statement as yours

Witness: Yes I do

LP: You mentioned a flash drive in your Paragraph 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of your statement.

Witness: Yes I did

LP: Do you have the flash drive

Witness: Yes I do

The clerk has now collected the flash drive

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s as if we will watch film today in court.
Get your popcorn 🥹😅🥹

The VAR Screens are now being set up😅

INEC, APC, Tinubu and Shettima’s lawyers have all objected to the flash drives rendered by the Arise TV witness
😅

Wahala.

Justice Tsammani has now admitted the flash drive into evidence and tagged as exhibits

LP: My lord, we would seek for the video to be played in the open court. It’s just about 3 minutes.
It’s not long

Justice Tsammani: Any objection

INEC: My lord we have no objection, we want to watch the film😅

Tinubu Lawyer: My lord we have no objection, there’s already a standing precedence.

APC: No objection to the video been played my lord.

😅🤣🤣
We want to watch film.
I’m ready with my Minimieeeee

The video is now being played at the PEPT

This is the video currently being played
Yakubu Mahmoud of INEC what did Falz call you again?
😏

Justice Tsammani: You have brought local stations to the court, when will you bring international ones like CNN and BBC
😅

LP: My lord Arise TV is our local CNN
🤣😅🤣

Justice Tsammani: We would continue tomorrow time is far spent.

LP: My lord we still have one more video

Justice Tsammani: We would continue tomorrow. Let the witness come back tomorrow

This case is hereby adjourned to tomorrow 16th June 2023 by 9am
Let’s continue tomorrow

As the court pleases abeg.
Learned Silks, keep your eyes on the judiciary.
