A few updates:

A 33-year-old man, from Derbyshire, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Lincolnshire Police said:

This relates to the death of a man in Ingoldmells, in the early hours of this morning. We would also like to clarify that the deceased man was 43 years of age, not 42 as previously stated.

A 30-year-old man, who was arrested earlier on today on suspicion of murder has now been released with no further action.

But…..

A second male, , who is 33 - and from Market Place, Belper - in Derbyshire, was arrested not long after the murder and has now been remanded into police custody following the death of Gareth. He has been charged with murder - and the possession of an offensive weapon - and he will appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court Tomorrow, on Monday (April 10 2023)

Mr Hart is believed to have been visiting Skegness at the time of the fatal incident.

It is reported Gareth used to run the Thurnscoe Tap pub on Station Road in Thurnscoe, Rotherham - before his tragic death.

A post published on the venue’s page stated the Thurnscoe Tap would be ‘closed until further notice,’ due to unforeseen circumstances.

Following news of Gareths sudden death, well-wishers have begun to pay tribute to him online.

John Powney said: “RIP Gaz, just set up a new business and the rest of his life to look forward to. Now all that has been taken away Rest easy, mate.”

Tony Gillis added: “As a lad from Wath-upon-Dearne now living in ingoldmells I'm deeply saddened to hear he was a local lad himself thoughts go out to everyone who knew him and especially to his family as I know a few bar staff round the pubs and bars if I hear anything about the incident I won't hesitate to inform the police.”

It brings home that no matter where you go, anything could happen - and in that split second, your life has changed or, been lost!

A man who lost his life whilst holidaying with his family has been named.

Lincolnshire Police was called to an incident that happened just before 1am.

Sadly Gareth died not long after.

We believe he leaves a partner and 2 children behind.

Everything known so far about the murder in Ingoldmells:

* Police were called to Sea Lane in Ingoldmells after a report of an altercation at 12.57am this morning (Thursday, April 6).

* The altercation was reported near Fantasy Grill & Balti. It’s a takeaway that is located next door to the Spar that’s located opposite fantasy island. We believe the incident happened just outside where the grass banks are.

* Police said they found a 42-year-old man injured at the scene - but he sadly died shortly afterwards.

* A 30-year-old man from Ingoldmells has been arrested on suspicion of murder this morning and is due to be questioned.

* Police are appealing for any witnesses or dashcam footage from the area last night between the hours of 9pm and 3am.

* Road closures and police cordons are in place still, including on Roman Bank and Sea Lane - people are advised to avoid the area.

* Nearby theme park Fantasy Island put out a statement saying "access to our site is limited" due to the police incident. It added that while open from 11am as normal, some rides may be closed "in order to respect the sensitivity of the incident".

As soon as the go ahead is given, we will release names. We’ve heard rumours there is a well respected local figure involved - but will bring more details in due course.

Evidence has been played out which shows cashman hunting out his intended target, and also a video of the moment he was arrested.

As Thomas wept in court after being found guilty, we expect he’ll be weeping again when he finds out his sentence.

•Thomas Cashman, 34, is about to be sentenced for the murder of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel when he shot into the house of Olivia in Liverpool.
•Her mother Cheryl cries as she tells the court she can't think about re-building her family's life without Liv
•Olivia's older sister also reads an impact statement, saying she was "the best friend I had always wanted"
•Cashman is refusing to appear in the dock at Manchester Crown Court - he told his barrister the case was "turning into a circus"

•Olivia was shot in the chest last August as Cashman chased fellow drug-dealer, Joseph Nee, into her mother's home
•He was found guilty by a jury on Friday, with police saying he was "not worthy of walking the streets".
•The star witness, his ex partner, says Cashman has a little W***y.
•She has helped convict Thomas.
•Thomas is sentenced to life imprisonment as he refuses to take part in todays sentencing hearing.

This is the shocking footage of a cake shop worker who was attacked by a group of eight men - who then pelted him with his own desserts and trashed the shop.

The thugs attacked their victim as he was on the phone.

They walked behind the counter and trapping him in a corner.

One 22-year-old man has been arrested after the attack at ‘Sweet Sensations’ dessert shop in , near , .

The victim suffered injuries to his body but was not in a serious condition.

The men - who all wear dark clothes and hooded coats - flood the small cafe and attack the man as he looks up confused.

Most also appear to be wearing blue disposable gloves.

A lady, who also appears to work at the cake shop, leaves for the back room but comes back later to watch. She then just stands there watching the whole incident.

As the first thug throws a punch - one man even leaps the counter to join the violence.

The first punch drops the cake shop worker to the floor and within seconds seven thugs surround him and start attacking him.

Horrific video shows them crowded around him, kicking, stomping and punching the helpless worker.

One man, who walks into the shop as the attack is happening, covers his face with his hands and is so horrified by what he sees he quickly leaves.

One thug leaves for a second - but quickly goes back, returning to the violence.

Three brutes break off from the group and one rips the cover off the cake displays.

They then shove it round and one picks out a tray of desserts - lobbing it at their victim.

As quickly as they came in - they get out of the shop, leaving the shop worker cradled up on the floor, surrounded by scattered paper.

stated: 'Police are investigating after a man was assaulted by a number of suspects in a café on Commercial Street Bradford at around 10pm on Wednesday 29 March.

'A 22 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of affray and has been bailed pending further enquiries.

'The victim suffered injuries to his body.'

CCTV enquiries are ongoing by Bradford CID and they have asked anyone who witnessed the assault or who knows who any of the men in the CCTV are to contact them.

Lancashire Police are asking for your help to find Andrew Martin who is missing in Chorley.
Andrew, 52, was last seen in the Eaves Lane area of Chorley yesterday afternoon (March 29).
He was driving a white Ford Transit van, registration number HD19 BYX.
The van was seen on the M6 in Burton-in-Kendal, Cumbria, at 3.37pm yesterday.
Andrew is 5ft 10, of slim build, with short grey hair which is balding at the front.
He was wearing grey jeans with splashes of white paint on, walking trainers and a green/blue RAB puffer jacket which might also have paint splashes on.
