The New York Supreme Court said Tuesday that New York City cannot fire employees for refusing to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The court ordered the city to reinstate all fired employees and grant them backpay, citing the fact that being vaccinated does not guarantee protection from COVID-19, which means that it does not stop an individual from catching or transmitting the virus. Does this mean that every state and local government worker and private health care workers around America should be rehired, back pay and a firm apology?
Was the attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband a political attack or a political stunt? Democrats and their mainstream media buddies have portrayed the assault on Nancy Pelosi’s husband as a MAGA operation. But the reality is much different than their narrative.

The Democrats’ 2021 infrastructure bill includes a measure that requires car manufacturers to install a remote kill switch in every new vehicle starting in 2026. The kill switch can be activated by the government, police, and car manufacturers to disable a vehicle remotely, and its use will be mandatory. The language in the legislation is somewhat vague, and it is unclear if the device can be used for purposes beyond preventing impaired driving or if it can be used as a monitoring device outside the legislation.
