The New York Supreme Court said Tuesday that New York City cannot fire employees for refusing to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The court ordered the city to reinstate all fired employees and grant them backpay, citing the fact that being vaccinated does not guarantee protection from COVID-19, which means that it does not stop an individual from catching or transmitting the virus. Does this mean that every state and local government worker and private health care workers around America should be rehired, back pay and a firm apology?

Liberal leadership in Baltimore left Freddie Gray dead at the hands of the cops. Liberal leadership in Minneapolis ran policing into the ground and brought the death of George Floyd. That touched off riots which cost America 3 dozen murders and billions of dollars in damage. In Seattle, liberal leadership had the city surrender an entire neighborhood to the Antifa terrorists. Six weeks later it left three people murdered. In Portland, a Feckless Mayor and all-left-wing city council allowed riots for a record 100 straight nights, and at least one cold blooded, bullet-to-the-head murder of an innocent man just walking down the street. The threat to life here isn’t race. It’s bad government. Government gives the authority to kill, to cops. When it gives that power to people you can’t trust…no matter what their skin color…it leaves people dead.

And for those who think we’re running out of land, humans occupy less than 4% of the entire state…and that much took more than a hundred and 50 years. Then, government permits and fees add 60 to 100 thousand dollars in just paperwork cost to every new house. That ain’t going to bring the rent down. During the pandemic, the government punished landlords by telling them they could not raise rents to cover their costs…and they were banned from kicking out folks who didn’t pay the rent. Now, Oregon lawmakers in Salem have Senate bill 799…that brings back the pandemic rent rules…so someone can stiff the landlord for the rent for months before they get kicked out. Now, I understand, most of you didn’t go deadbeat on the rent. But now, YOU get to pay for those who DON’T pay. If a few tenants decide not to pay, the landlord has no other place to get that money to pay HIS bills…except by charging more to those who DO pay. That would be YOU. A Wealth transfer from you to them, engineered by our socialist overlords in Salem.

This morning’s so-called search comes 3 months after the first documents were found…after Biden’s lawyers have carefully searched and sterilized the crime scenes…now the FBI will make a big show of walking around like Inspector Clouseau…before they declare “Nothing to see here folks.
