1 Corinthian 13: 4-8

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud
5 it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres
8 LOVE NEVER FAILS.

This is not a definition of love.
It is the EFFECT OF LOVE.

That the standard of all our relationship must be the Word of God.

Sometimes I get scared of opening my heart to people, removing the boundaries I hardly make because they just prove to me that I am never wrong with my assumptions.

Love itself does not really hurt, expectation does. When a certain person does not meet what you expect of him/her that makes you anxious. Because we expect them to return the feeling we give towards them.

Sometimes we really have to let go of that person not because we do not love them but because it hurts so bad, and we have had enough of it.

I love sunshine, I want it to be like that everyday but I got anxious about it.
It terrifies me knowing and seeing
how calm it is.
I was so used to a raging storm,
a hard pouring rain, big waves,
thunder and lightning everyday.

I panicked every time I lay in bed
seeing how neat and tidy my room was.
It's supposed to be messy—not in order & papers were torn in pieces.

I love seeing sunshine once in a while but I'm more used to seeing tenebris everyday.
It has to be like that everyday.
