Ingredients:
- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed
I bake mine with a little bit of vegetable oil, but you can boil or microwave them.
* 2 cup self raising flour
*2 TB flax meal (can omit if you dont have it, theyll still work)
* 3 tspn cinnamon
* baking powder
* pinch of salt
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 TB hoeny or maple syrup
* ¾ cup oil, I used canola but any would work.
* 3 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method.
Prepare the sweet potato in advance so irs cooled by the time you prepare the rest.
Whisk the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add in the sweet potato. Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour into muffin tray. You can use paper liners or oil / butter the tray like i did.
Bake at 180c for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

300g silk tofu
100g melted chocolate
2 heaped tablespoons of 28GO Chocolate Protein with Probiotics Powder
Whisk the tofu until it’s smooth and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and 28GO Protein Powder and stir until well combined. Enjoy straight away!

Cheesy garlic scrolls are my current hyperfixation. RECIPE👇🏻
Ingredients for the dough:
- 160ml warm water
- 1/2 packet of instant yeast
- 1 tspn sugar
- 1 TB olive oil
- good pinch of salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
Filling:
Melted butter
Minced garlic
Salt
Italian dried herb mix
Shredded cheese
Activate the yeast in the warn water with sugar. Leave for 5 minutes until bubbly. Add the reminder of the dough ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. I gave mine to my toddler to knead for me. It wad a great activity!
Roll out on to floured surface. Brush with melted butter and minced garlic. Sprinkle your seasonings of choice and shredded cheese.
Roll into a log and cut into slices.
Bake until golden (20-30 min) at 180c.

2 large bananas mashed
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
Baking powder
85g melted coconut oil
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tspn cinnamon
1 tapn vanilla
Salt
2 TB milk
Choc chips for topping
Mash bananas. Add eggs, oil, vanilla, milk, honey and whisk together. Add the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Spoon into anlined muffin tray and top wirh chocolate chips.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180c
