We are so glad the Narrows hike opened up while we were here at Zion National Park. We were watching the flow rate closely, and we jumped at the opportunity to hike it the first day it opened. This hike has been on my bucket list for years, and it did not disappoint. It was incredibly fun to hike in water and look up at the towering canyon walls! Brodo knows what's up. This dog-friendly trail is just across the road from our KOA campsite in Hurricane, Utah. Our dogs can't come with us to many national park trails, so it's really convenient to be able to take them on dog-friendly hikes close to our camp during the week. I love seeing Brodo's excitement on the trail. His energy is contagious! My company did a walking challenge where we tracked our steps, and I was tempted to put a fitbit on him. He runs laps around us, he swims in every body of water, he scrambles on rocks and climbs trees, and he loves every second of our hikes. We experienced a fun mix of all things San Francisco last week! We drove past self-driving cars, squeezed our giant truck into a small parking garage, and visited friends in Chinatown. We had the absolute best Chinese food we've ever had, toured many eclectic shops, and even visited a place where they make fortune cookies from scratch. We visited friends again at their house across the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoyed seafood by the bay. We stayed at San Francisco RV Resort RIGHT on the ocean and enjoyed walking the dogs there and running on the beach. We even had a front row seat to paragliders flying over the park! I also attended my first GDC, game developers conference, and gave a talk. It was an amazing opportunity. So, while I spent a lot of time in customer meetings and preparing for my talk, I'm happy Robert and I were able to make time to enjoy the city. #remotework #rvtravel #digitalnomad

Our bodies are pretty sore from shoveling snow, but it's also been a pretty magical experience. It's totally worth it. This week, we added a few things to our amazon cart: A heated hose - so we can leave our water hooked up without fear of it freezing. A snow shovel - make that 2!
