“Very happy,” said Shirley about winning at River Cities on Sunday night. “[I’m] very happy that I got a sponsor and a team owner that believes in me more than I believe in myself. We’ve put in a lot of hard work this year and we’ve had a lot of downs. It’s just been one of those rollercoaster years.”

Brian Shirley started pole and ended pole at River Cities Speedway on Saturday night. No-one could touch the "Squirrel", and the $12,000.
It looked like Doug Kalitta would sweep the day at Summit Motorsports Park by earning the number one qualifying spot, the 2Fast2TastyChallenge, and breaking the track record with a speed of 337.16 mph.
A clean sweep was not in the cards for Kalitta as Anton Brown took the win in the final elimination round.

Antron Brown didn't qualify first, but he finished last at Summit Motorsports Park to take home another Wally on Sunday.
Pro Stock Motorcycle rookie Richard Gadson won his first Mission 2Fast2Tasty Challenge Saturday at the Norwalk Dragstrip and hoped to carry that momentum through to the final elimination.
Gadson made it to the semi-finals before losing to Matt Smith.
"I won the Mission 2Fast2Tasty Challenge and went to the semi-finals before losing to Matt Smith. My teammate (Gaige Herrera) took care of him in the finals. Vance and Hines as a whole though took home two trophies this weekend and that’s always a good weekend for us.”

William Sawalich dominates at Berlin Raceway, winning his second ARCA Race in a row and capturing his second in a row at Berlin.
"We had a really good Starkey/Sound Gear Toyota Camry tonight. Can’t thank the guys enough,” Sawalich told Fox Sports 1 in Victory Lane. “In practice, I didn’t know the car was this good, but for sure proved a point here. Definitely, a tough track but glad we got to tame it and beat everyone pretty good, so it felt really good.”

The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series headed to Cedar Lake Speedway on Saturday for the Independence Spectacular.
Carson Macedo broke the track record that was set earlier this year on May 24th by Christopher Thram. Macedo would go on to finish the race in 5th.
The top spot of the night went to Logan Schuchart who led the race flag to flag, securing his first win of the season.

Logan Schuchart started on the pole for the Independence Spectacular, and never looked back. He led all 30 laps to get his first win of 2024.
Tyler Courtney took advantage of the battle between Sye Lynch and Brad Sweet during the High Limit Racing Diamond Classic Friday night to claim the number one spot and a $4,500 bonus from the Durst Dice Roll.
