We often spend the summer holiday without achieving the goals we planned throughout the academic year. Here’s how to enjoy your summer holiday while reaching your goals:
Step 1: Evaluate Your Life in 4 Key Areas 📋
1. Your Health 🏋️‍♀️
- Do you exercise regularly?
- What is your current weight?
- What do you eat, and in what quantity?
- Do you like your body shape?
2. Your Knowledge 📚
- Are you proficient in languages?
- How is your academic knowledge?
- Do you have skills that can earn you money?
3. Your Relationships 🤝
- Can you build new relationships?
- Do you have good friends to spend quality time with?
- Do you have a close friend you trust?
- Are you good at communicating?
4. Your Mental Health 🧘‍♀️
- Are you feeling depressed?
- Do you have frequent bad moods?
- Do you have any mental health issues?
- Are you happy in your life?
Step 2: Be Honest and Reflect 🪞
Take your time and be honest with yourself while rating these areas. If you discover a weak area, like knowledge, focus on it this summer.
Step 3: Set Your Goals and Plan 🗒️
- Read Books 📖
- Learn New Skills 🎨
- Build Good Habits 🌿
Step 4: Take Action and Track Progress 🏃‍♀️
- Spend at least 30 minutes daily on each habit.
- Use a habit tracker and try to stay consistent.

This is the morning routine of the neuroscientist :
🕰️ Have a consistent sleep schedule
🧘‍♀️ Start your day with spiritual activities, yoga, or meditation
🚶‍♂️ Walk under the sunrise light to signal to your brain that the day is starting
🏋️‍♀️ Exercise and hydrate
🚿 Take a cold shower to wake up your entire body
☕ Don’t take your caffeine dose until 90 minutes after waking up
They say to have a productive year, you need to succeed in your month. To succeed in your month, you need to have a productive week. And to have a productive week, you need to have a productive day. Every day starts with your morning ritual. 🌟

The goal of this routine is to take care of ourselves more and make our days fruitful. 🌟

Make a To-Do List of the habits you want to include in your day, in order. You can customize it or choose from these habits:

Getting up early ⏰ (Choose a specific time to wake up)
Making the bed 🛏️ (It’s a small habit but helps to set discipline in your life)
Taking care of your skin 💆‍♀️ (Enjoy your skincare routine. Your skin will thank you)
Having breakfast 🍳 (Breakfast is the most important meal of the day)
Exercising 🧘‍♀️ (It’s not necessary to workout; some yoga or stretches will boost your energy to handle the day)

3-Journal Your Journey 📖: Discover more about yourself through journaling. This will help you understand what truly benefits you.
