When is your next long drive?

Please plan ahead of it, and practice taking a break at least every 2 hours of driving.
It makes you sharper, and makes you way less likely to end up in a car crash, where you could be injured or even die.

Mercedes-Benz has a sensor on its new cars that alerts you every 2 hours to take a break, so if you drive a Mercedes, try and familiarize yourself with this feature.
For the rest of us, you can put a timer or an alarm ;)

You might have seen stick shift cars cruising in neutral. DON'T DO THIS if your car is automatic.
It damages the transmission, and those are not cheap. When you're at a red light, you can put the car in neutral to minimize the engine friction and to make your car vibrate less in standstill.

Do you know how many miles you have left before you have to change your oil?
Modern cars can run on the same oil for over 4000 miles, but you should always be changing it every 2,000-3,000 miles, depending on how aggressively you drive, and your city's temperature.
Cold cities need more changes because your car can burn your oil faster if it's trying to heat up the engine.
