Breve presentación de Falun Dafa

Falun Dafa, también conocido como Falun Gong, es una práctica espiritual que forma parte de la vida de millones de personas en todo el mundo. Arraigada en la tradición budista, consiste en dos componentes principales: mejorarse a través del estudio de las enseñanzas y practicar unos suaves ejercicios y meditación.

El sistema de creencias de Falun Dafa ofrece la posibilidad de alcanzar el crecimiento espiritual a través de la práctica disciplinada. Sus enseñanzas animan a los estudiantes a soltar apegos poco saludables mientras se esfuerzan por armonizar sus vidas con las características fundamentales del universo: Verdad, Benevolencia y Tolerancia.

Quienes practican Falun Dafa a menudo descubren que les cambia la vida. Muchos experimentan beneficios extraordinarios en la salud, así como energía renovada, claridad mental y alivio del estrés. Lo más importante es que muchos sienten que en Falun Dafa han encontrado un camino espiritual profundamente gratificante.
Su historia y cómo aprender

Falun Dafa fue originalmente enseñado en China por el Sr. Li Hongzhi, el maestro de la práctica (o "shifu", de acuerdo con la tradición asiática). Actualmente se practica en más de 80 países, y las enseñanzas del Sr. Li han sido traducidas a más de 40 idiomas.

What is Falun Dafa?

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a spiritual practice that millions around the world have made a part of their lives. Rooted in Buddhist tradition, it consists of two main components: self-improvement through the study of teachings, and gentle exercises and meditation.

The belief system of Falun Dafa offers the possibility of spiritual growth through disciplined practice. Its teachings encourage learners to let go of unhealthy attachments as they strive to attune their lives to the underlying qualities of the universe: Truth, Compassion, and Forbearance.

People who practice Falun Dafa often find it to be life-changing. Many experience dramatic health benefits as well as newfound energy, mental clarity, and stress relief. More importantly, many feel that in Falun Dafa they have found a deeply rewarding spiritual path.
Background & How to Learn

Falun Dafa was originally taught in China by Mr. Li Hongzhi, the practice’s teacher (or “master,” in keeping with Asian tradition). It is now practiced in over 80 countries, and Mr. Li’s teachings have been translated into over 40 languages.
