"If I were to start over as a course creator, I'd pick up some one-on-one clients and work through the process with a few different target avatars, create that structure of who it is that these people are, who they're not as well and then put together a cohort.

And you do these things at a very low cost and/or do it for testimonials.

Depending on where you're at in your journey, you have a little bit more leeway to do that or not, and then use the recorded calls for the trainings on the cohorts as the training material that's in your course.

If you're clever about it, you could even structure it where you could chop a one hour training each week into the lessons later."

"YouTube, I get much less views, I have much less subscribers, but the conversion is pretty good on having a video that's super targeted and then having a download link at the very top of that YouTube description.

One thing that's really working for me right now that has, I think maybe like a 60 or 70 percent opt in rate from people hitting the page is just a very simple "Chat-GPT Prompts For Job Seekers" opt in, and that'll put them in a sequence that eventually sends them the offers, the book, that sort of stuff.

And I find that for me, even if a video has got a thousand views, a couple thousand views, those kind of things are bringing me at least three to seven leads a day just from the downloads from there."

"The whole goal is to get to: two videos a week, to 70k views a week, a thousand subscribers a week, 3200 watch time, and a 7 percent CTR and $35 per video.

That takes into account the thumbnail, labor for the outline from the content strategist, and any potential research that she needs to do. But again, the creative constraint for me is how do I make this in 30 minutes?

I actually recorded one right before we got on the call and it's 16 minutes and 10 seconds.

I'm not at that 30 minute hour yet, because it definitely took me like 45 minutes to write the script, but I also wrote out the SOP while doing it.

So now I have a process and all I've got to do is record that on my screen, put that in a Google drive, and then she takes care of all the other things."
