Subject: Thanks, and Appreciation to Your Excellency the President for the Opportunity to Serve You as Executive Director in Your Esteemed Office and Our Beloved People of South Sudan
Your Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit:
I write to note that I have received my administrative relief in good faith last evening and knowing full very well that my friend and a brother has been appointed to take the mantle in managing the Office of the Executive Director. I congratulate the incoming Executive Director, Hon. Kiir Yor Lual, and wish him best of luck as he steps up to serve our country.
Your Excellency, it has been an immense pleasure for me to serve you and our beloved country over the years while tenderly growing under your wise leadership. From the time, I started as Assistant Inspector of Accounts, Senior Inspector of Accounts to Assistant Director of Accounts then to the last position as Executive Director in the Office of the President, you have left no stone unturned to teach, enlighten, advise, nurture, and prepare me as one of your beloved sons and fellow comrades in struggle. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation as well as the joy, and admiration that my heart holds out for you and your unbending trust and confidence in me over the years.
Furthermore, I also appreciate the resolute staff of the Office of the President, all dutiful staff in the Presidency, my family, friends, and all supporters for the steadfast assistance and guidance they have rendered in my official and personal capacity over the years. Thank you all.
Finally, I look forward to continuing to work diligently and faithfully to serve the beloved Republic of South Sudan whenever and wherever it suits your interest. To close, I avail myself of the opportunity to assure Your Excellency of my highest consideration.
