Kia India today announced that the 2023 Kia EV6 bookings will start from April 15, 2023. Introduced in June 2022, the Kia EV6 was brought to India through the CBU route and the company has delivered 432 units which turned out to be more than four times the planned numbers (100 units).
“For this year, we are focussing on importing more products to cater to the audiences who couldn’t get their hands on the premium car last year by expanding our dealer network,” said Tae-Jin Park, MD & CEO of Kia India.
The 2023 Kia EV6 is available at a starting price of Rs 60.95 lakh for the GT Line variant and Rs 65.95 lakh for the GT Line AWD variant. Both prices are ex-showroom. Based on Kia’s Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) platform, the Kia EV6 is equipped with a 77.4 kWh battery, offering an ARAI-certified range of 708 km when fully charged. The electric crossover is available in two variants - RWD and AWD. The Kia EV6 RWD variant with a single electric motor generates a peak power of 229 bhp and a max torque of 350 Nm. Speaking of the AWD version, it sports a dual-motor set-up that produces 325 bhp peak power and 605 Nm max torque.

Kia offers the EV6 electric crossover in five colour options - Aurora Black Pearl, Snow White Pearl, Yacht Blue, Runway Red and Moonscape. Moving on to the interior, the Kia EV6 comes equipped with dual 12.3-inch curved displays, including a touchscreen display and a digital instrument cluster. Moreover, it sports a 14-speaker Meridian sound system and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features.
