Hi guys! I know post Acne scars are a major problems amongst most of us. I hadn’t experienced that until 5 months ago when i had a few pimples on my cheek and they left behind some ugly ass scar marks.
I added these few items into my skincare regime and trust me- i have been using them for only two months and this morning when i woke up, i noticed that my face looked neater and well it was because the scars were gone.
Ill tabulate everything below because its easier:
1- my scars were comparatively new(5months old) so it took me less time to fix them. If you have older scars Please be patient and DONT give up.
2- these things only worked on pigmentation and scars not the skin khadday or those ditches that are on the face due to pimple popping so my advice: NEVER POP A PIMPLE. Apply a pimple/acne ointment and then let it go on its own because otherwise that leaves behind a khadda.
-Now coming to tbe products:
1- Scar cream: SCAR AWAY. I bought from a pharmacy without prescription. It retailed for about 1600/-
I used it twice daily(in the morning after moisturiser and at night after moisturiser) all the directions are given on the tube.
2- alpha arbutin 2% face serum: it is used to deal with dark spots and hyper pigmentation. I used it twice daily after toning my face. It is slow in its reasults and some might need to use two bottles to see tbe results but it works guys! Available: bagallery deals and daraz.
3- A sunscreen: now i have two options:the body shop and bioderma. You can use any sunscreen that you have. Basically a sunscreen protects the skin from further damage. I use it once after toning my face in the morning.
4- Avoid constant sun exposure. Wear a cap or use an umbrella or keep any spray sunscreen with you.
5- i tripled my water intake: it made me use the washroom like a madman but it cleansed my body and repaired my tissues.
6- I regularly took my multivitamins and Cal-C tablets
7- I already eat ALOT of vegetables. But I increased their intake and also protein(chicken or meat)
Lastly guys- BE PERSISTENT AND BE PATIENT. Comment your queries.
