Fire roasted Salsa Craving!! We made this roasted and slightly smoked salsa on the recteq340 pellet grill using a blend of cherry, apple, and oak pellets. The Roma tomatoes were bright red and roasted up super sweet. Add in roasted jalapeños, onions, and garlic along with fresh lime juice, cilantro, and salt and pulse it all up. Paired with a fresh jalapeño mango purée margarita which I’ll edit in shortly.
