An ‘Eastern Bypass’ would be cheaper than replacing the Brent Spence Bridge?

An "Eastern Bypass" would be cheaper than replacing the Brent Spence Bridge? Citizens for the Cincy Eastern Bypass, Inc., a bipartisan group of community leaders who support the planning and construction of the Bypass, notes Clermont County Engineer, Patrick J. Manger, has provided an independent estimate of the Cincy Eastern Bypass. Manger’s preliminary estimate of construction costs associated with the Cincy Eastern Bypass in 2016 dollars confirms the cost of the Bypass to be under $2 Billion. [ 27 more words. ]

AAA: Basically Everyone Has Experienced Road Rage

You grip the wheel a bit harder, you huff, and puff, and threaten under your breath to do awful things to the stranger who just cut you off, and then “HOOOOOOONK,” you lay on the horn for a solid 10 second. It’s called road rage, and most American drivers have experienced it, according to a new research report from AAA.
