So... you all know I've been coding for over 16 years now, but during that time it turns out I've been doing something a little different when it comes to managing my time; what's funny is that I had no idea how big a part it played in what I've been doing until I shared it with a friend a few years ago 😅 (for those of you familiar with Eisenhower principles, it's both a more simpler + powerful application of it, with Kanban)

There's no better way to explain it than this video I produced - watch it - this method I've used for over 10 years now is quite simply the most powerful way to ensure you use your time in the most efficient way possible - and yep, there's never been an app for it, so I built one!

If you've ever wished you had more time in the day, this is for you. If you ever wished you made a bigger impact, this is for you. If you've ever wished to simply be able to do more, this is for you. Why? Because the answer lies in prioritising the things that actually matter, that actually contribute to reaching the goal, that is actually worth every second of your time.

Ultimately, our greatest limitation in life is our time. If you master how you spend your time, you'll achieve more in life than you think is possible.

1) Outline the type of emotional impact you wish your video to have on your viewers

Since I started coding 16 years ago and ambitiously began the first of many business ventures 12 years ago, I've learnt SO much that has led to multiple awards and multiple failures and successes, SO much that I'm going to love sharing with you all over the coming year... :)

It's always so easy to overcomplicate a plan. Don't. Keep it simple. Find out what's important and focus on fulfilling exactly that, especially when starting out. Then, simply take it one step at a time.
