In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month let’s come together to support the Annual Kentucky State Alumni Breast Cancer 3K Walk/Run on Friday, October 14th. Kentucky State University Alumni, DMTL Organization, Kentucky State University National Alumni Association, The City of Frankfort, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraterinity Inc. will raise funds to fight Triple Negative Breast Cancer, a cancer that affects African American women three times the rate of their counterparts. Donations will also provide transportation assistance for patients that can’t afford rides to treatment and the inaugural Crystal Woodard Scholarship!
