Atlanta Hawks New Head Coach Arrested For DUI

According to a spokesperson for the Atlanta City Jail, Budenholzer was charged with DUI as well as a taillight violation, and he was released on $1,524 bond at 3:45 a.m. ET on Thursday morning.

The Atlanta Hawks tabbed former San Antonio Spurs assistant Mike Budenholzer to be their new head coach back in May, but his tenure with the organization has gotten off to a rocky start to say the least. He was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning, according to Zach Klein of WSB-TV in Atlanta.

Teen Charged Over Fatal Beating Of World War II Veteran

The Spokane Police Department said in a press release officers responded to reports of an assault Wednesday and found the victim, 88-year-old Delbert Belton, in his car with serious head injuries. He died Thursday in the hospital. Friends identified Belton, and say he was sitting outside a lodge for the Fraternal Order of the Eagles when he was attacked.

A suspect in the brutal beating of a World War II veteran who later died from his injuries has been arrested, as police in Spokane, Washington continue to search for a second attacker.
