sprung on spring 🌷✨
life is so good right now. and these are some moments of joy + fun so far this season.
my biggest goal after coming home from backpacking last year was to bring with it the spirit of living i had while traveling.
prioritizing joy + play.
trusting.
being open.
seeking genuine connections.
taking more risks.
saying YES!
looking at challenges as opportunities for or redirections to my highest + best.
and meditating a lot.
i am doing just that.
life is beautiful 🩷

i saw this quote on the end of my @yogitea teabag and HAD TO SHARE!
it’s all already within you ✨🤍
God, the Universe, Love, the all-that-is is ever-present and complete.
that means you are, too.
gratitude is FULL FAITH in action.
it is acknowledging and tapping into what’s already there, releasing attachments, and removing the blocks to step onto your true path and into who you truly are…
…which is a precious part of God, the Universe, Love, and the all-that-is.
what are you grateful for today?

what i wish someone had told me.
like so many foundational concepts in life, this is so simple, but not always easy.
we feel scared. we think it makes us weak. we think if we feel it, we will become it, or get lost in it, and we won’t find our way back to ourselves.
it’s quite the opposite. on the other side of the pain and grieving process is your truest self.
the integrated self.
the healed self.
the evolved self.
the whole self.
the centered self.
the TRUE self.
big love to you. ♥️

that’s on alchemizing and transmuting your life ✨
i am a very spiritual person, but not so much a religious person.
i have always believed, and still do, that all belief systems have truth and meaning. and that ultimately, they can all lead us home to truth. to love.
this weekend @corporate_entrepreneur and i went to church and I’m so glad we did. i ALWAYS get something out of the message, and this week was a great one.
it talked about how in the book of luke, jesus dignified and forgives a woman that everyone else, including the dogmatic religious leaders, deemed undignified and unforgivable.
he taught that she had the biggest capacity for love, more than any of them, because of the depth of her pain and her mistakes.
how powerful.
we who have made the biggest mistakes, gone through the toughest times, been victimized the most have the greatest potential to love and help others to heal and know their true selves and true nature.
which is love.
you can alchemize and transmute the difficulties you’ve faced. you can change your life. you can change who you are. and you can and will be a beacon for others if you do.
it begins with a belief that you can, followed by a RADICAL sense of responsibility and accountability, then a dogged pursuit of DOING different, starting in the smallest moments.
your pain has purpose.
your mistakes have meaning.
your hardships are holy.
your lessons are love.
in it with you ♥️✨
