‪Never realized how not present I am with what I’m doing. Yesterday I focused on being incredibly mindful, and it was a long an amazing day. Didn’t pass by in a blink of an eye like it usually does, did all the same things I would normally do, except I fully enjoyed it. Being mindful and present is something I think we all “think” we do, but most don’t.

Before doing something, ask, what purpose does this serve me? What is my intention? Pausing and then going forward is an amazing feeling.

I never realized how important it is to have a clean environment. Having a clean work area really improves my productivity. If the area is clean, I’m more willing to jump on and do what I wanna do.

My art supplies are organized now, and I’m so much more motivated to get to work. Same with my desktop and doing social media/marketing.

This has helped me a lot, so I hope it can help you too. I feel so much better physically and mentally with a clean work environment.
