Trump makes early move on restricting abortions around the world

This is nothing new - since Reagan's creation of the "gag rule" in 1984, it has been lifted by each incoming Democrat and reinstated by each incoming Republican - but, given what we know about Trump and his stance on women's issues, it's a chilling harbinger of what's likely to come.
