Hats off to gymnasts at the US Champs. On paper the top 5 gymnasts scores look like World beaters. With that many gymnasts scoring 90+ they surely should be pushing for Olympic Gold.

Id like to Introduce you to David Rumbutis. He is a 2000 born gymnast from Sweden and I think that he could be one of their best gymnasts in the (not so distant) future. He scored 74.95 at the Recent Junior Team Competition and his floor was World Class.

Handstand is such an important skill in gymnastics. We have to try and make our gymnasts stand out amongst all of the other gymnasts. This is our method of teaching a handstand………….
