CASTING CALL: “Untitled Urban Legend Project” (Non-Union)
Crescent Skull Cinema is casting small featured roles (any age/race) in a mockumentary about an urban legend involving a witch in the woods.
To apply, send a headshot and a short video (1-2 minutes) ad-libbing a story about an imaginary paranormal experience that you had OR sharing a paranormal experience that a friend or loved one had that you are skeptical about (hypothetical scenarios). Submissions can be emailed to [email protected] and are due by SUNDAY JANUARY 7th at Noon.
Compensation ~ $10 for a 10 minute faux-interview
Synopsis ~ A tragedy after the homecoming dance bears striking similarity to a popular local urban legend. The events are chronicled in a series of police interviews, home videos, and a student’s class project. This takes place in the 90’s, so the final project will be 4:3 aspect ratio and wardrobe will reflect the times
When/Where ~ Portland, McMinnville, and the surrounding areas. Filming will be done on weekends throughout January and February around actor availability within reason.
