Alexa and App Issues
Hi there.
A few of you have said they're having issues with Alexa and the App... We're not sure what to say as they are both working fine for us as you can see in the video below.
All we can suggest doing is...
Unplug your Alexa for 5-10 minutes, switch it back on and try to reconnect.
Switch your internet connection off and back on again.
Delete the app from your phone or the Amazon skill and reinstall it.
Make sure you have the latest phone updates from your service provider.
We'll have a look into anything untoward over the weekend but it's difficult to know what to look for when there isn't a problem happening from our end...
If you do get in touch with us, please don't just say "Your station isn't working..." ! You need to be a bit more detailed. How are you listening, what kind of phone or version of Alexa, what are the issues, when did it stop working, have you done all the things we suggested above ? Short of coming round to your place to have a look there's only so much we can do... but you have to be as specific as possible and we'll look into it.
