Are you worried about the international co**ie conspiracy to transmit mind control waves through modern "electronica" music? Ever wonder why techno music fans never drink water, ordinary tap water? And why do those powerlines overhead hum so loud? These are questions you and all red blooded Americans are asking themselves these days, right? We broadcast atomic age easy listening and pop music from

the 50s, 60s and early seventies. The exotica of Martin Denny and Les Baxter to the wistful moods of Bert Kaempfert and Mancini. The novelty hits and the movie themes. There's no need to wear tin foil wrapped ear muffs here! We only broadcast old government propaganda which is actually good for you! So stir up a pitcher of Mai Tais, sit back and enjoy as we bring you the beautiful music of those wonderful cold war years! Commander Clement "Skip" Bombwell

The internet is stable here again. Sorry about Lawrence Welk kicking in on AutoDJ during Gilhooley's show. Our service provider told us it was updating things and all is now well.

We know you all have been experiencing HAL the AutoDJ cutting in and out on the live stream a lot lately. The good news is that it's not an alien attack. The bad news is that the server we use at TorontoCast has become unstable and is being phased out. The solution is to move the stream to a completely new server system. The drop outs and repeats are due to setting up this new system which also involves hardware improvements. We are ready to switch over now and plan on doing so tomorrow August 26. This will mean that you cannot use Tunein to listen till the link is updated there (usually takes one to three days.) You will be able to listen using the AboveCast pop up player on the Atomic City website at: http://atomiccity.torontocast.stream

Sorry about all the hassle but this has to be done in order to continue broadcasting and the never ending battle for truth, justice and the American way.

27/07/2019

The Tiki show will be down for a couple of hours. Sorry but we will be without internet here for a while.

There is no easy way to make this announcement. Sound Exchange, the American entity that forced the old Live365 and thousands of small webcasters off the air has struck again. This time it is the Canadian streaming service Torontocast.

Starting January 12, 2019 Torontocast will be geoblacked in the United States.

It looks like the new Live365 will be the only choice available but they do have many great stations.

We will continue on for now, broadcasting to the rest of the world even though most of our listeners are in the U.S. My files are too high a bitrate for Live365 even if I could afford the $130.00 a month.

To all in the U.S. I am very sorry. Thanks so much for listening.
