It is a new dawn in Abia state. Dr. Alex OTTI of LP declared winner of the 18th march 2023 election.

The first time in over 23 years a sitting Governor was defeated in Abia. It calls for celebration as the noise of jubilations fills the air in all the nooks and cranny of the state.

The more beauty of it is that it was a tough contestants and the public participation was awesome which would guarantees the legitimacy of the Democratic governance the people awaits to witness and has given stein warnings to leaders about the power of the masses.
