Hello friends and family. (Sorry for the long post). I have finally finished my fashion website. After almost 12 years, here is Mahipal SoCal. Last year I said it would be updated and finished after 6 months. It took me over 2 years to design this fully and over 11 years to create the entire company. Please read below, a few things to remember and to keep you updated on what Mahipal SoCal is and what you can do with my website.

I came up with the idea in 2013/2014 to turn Mahipal SoCal from a fashion blog into a full blown fashion publication that can compete with every fashion magazine in NY. I target the educational market of fashion while supporting fashion brands on the fashion calendar, only. I have extreme strict limitations on what brands will be shown on my site. I will have beauty, runway, collections, industry leaders, stories, and business info all on the site.

Mahipal SoCal is currently in three phases. Last year was phase one (to get you updated). Current site is in phase two, I now will be following up with fashion brands as clients to get them on my site so I am able to build every page for them. Phase three will be next year in 2024, the last and final phase. The site will be in full use like an actual running business with clients and content.

Globally - vs XYZ fashion magazines, Mahipal SoCal targets multiple fashion cities which allows us to become a community for the fashion industry. Brands can showcase their collections and info all in one space. I have built a very specific media language that separates us from other fashion outlets. This also applies to runway models and brands outside the fashion calendar that want space on my site such as press and shopping sections.

If you want, please view my site. This site is a huge upgrade from last year. I had to code a few things to build the entire site. I am very picky about how each page is designed, but I like it. If you held my follow your dreams sign, you are on my website. You can now create your own account and become a member on my site. 2024 will give you access to pages through member's area. You are also able to post in "groups" as a member. All members as of now are approved by me.

Hi everyone. I know I haven't shared much or anything in over a few years about what happened to Mahipal SoCal. Well, Mahipal SoCal started as a blog in 2012 from the 570. After attending fashion shows in NY, getting invited to Paris, Milan, and London, working with so many brands and editors I still have Mahipal SoCal with over ten years put into it. In 2014 I found a way where I can turn it into a company that can compete with every fashion magazine in NY. I have done research on brands and what they are missing, publications and where to target, and fashion cities and what people don't see vs what they should be seeing. I have had multiple websites.

But now ten years later, I am happy to announce that after all the hard work since 2012 I am ready to launch the final and official publication website for Mahipal SoCal. You will be able to view current and past collections from your favorite fashion brands from all major cities under the fashion calendar and educational stories on fashion. You will even be able to use the site yourself and shop with your favorite brands by creating accounts for yourself and much more. The target launch is set for 2023 before NY Fashion Week. So I didn’t really post many updates on what I have been doing with my website mahipalsocal.com all last year, so I thought I would share all my updates now.

In all of 2017, I worked and created my entire fashion website on my own. I had the idea for the past few years to build a website that can become a New York Fashion Publication - a third party fashion publication like every fashion magazine in New York. After creating my site in 2017, in all of 2018 I started to build my site. The goal was to build a fashion website as an educational and informative online magazine that would be different from others. All last year I ended up creating my favorite part to it - a section called RUNWAY - where viewers can search and view designer collections year after year on a site that can hold collections all year round. I ended up building my RUNWAY section just two months after my site was finished and started to have designers works on my website from. I started to work on emails and reach out to every major designer in every major fashion city. The RUNWAY section would also allow access to shop on designers website.

I have gained work and clients from Trina Turk, Cynthia Rowley, Audra, Versace, Michael Kors, Jenny Packham, Balenciaga, Perry Ellis, Alberta Ferretti, Dolce & Gabanna, Vivetta, Trina Turk, Carven, Mary Katrantzou, Novis, Off-White, Flow the Label, Marc Jacobs, Palm Angels, Bally, Stella Jean, Daks, Peter Pilotto, Shrimps, Vionnet, and many more. Whether it was the head of house, pr, or even the assistant - all have agreed to share their collections on my site from spring, fall, pre fall, bridal, mens and other photo looks. I started this 7 years next month and have come so far. 2019 looks to be a good year.
