Considering it’s something we all use every day, something we literally couldn't survive without and something that can either inspire our greatest triumphs or trigger our most toxic traits. Some time ago I figured out that Dopamine (or ‘Dope’ as I like to call it) is something I really ought to know about. As I set out on this journey to educate myself, I found out that dopamine has many function

s and is stimulated in many forms. It is there in all our worst habits - smoking, drinking, junk food, p**n, social media and the rest. These habits share common features; harmful side effects, addictive or craving tendencies, excessive dopamine stimulation - and a behind it all - billion dollar industries!
