Clean out the fridge with a stir-fry:
1. Whisk 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp ginger, chili, pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch
2. Stir-fry the contents of your fridge crisper
3. Turn off heat, then add the sauce
