1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s."

According to the teachings the Lord has revealed to us through prophets, He loves us so much that He gave us our bodies! We can learn and grow through mortality because of God's gift to us. He wants us to honour our bodies and keep them healthy! Doing so is honouring the Lord. I promise that you'll feel closer to the Lord as you do so 😁
