The great news is that we have launched a new show about starting new things which can especially help divorcing and separating folks achieve the best possible second act. We are also posting episodes here to make it as easy as possible to listen to some of our amazing shows to date.

If you are even thinking of entering the world of rental properties especially short-term rentals, this is a don't miss show. This is especially relevant for those people thinking of divorce or emerging from divorce who plan to build an income from rental properties. I have seen this a lot and it does not always end well. With this advice you have a better chance of making it work.

After over 2 years, some amazing shows and terrific guest, we are putting Getting Split Ready on indefinite hiatus to focus on our new show GettingStarted.Life. We feel that this show is going to be a great way to continue to not only help divorcing couples but to provide amazing content on other topics.
