I’m Lawrence Mackrory and I have been producing, mixing and mastering music for over 20 years. I started my audio career in 1997 as an assistant to acclaimed producer Daniel Bergstrand and we formed a working relationship that continues to this day. During my years as a professional I have explored many avenues within the audio world, doing everything from movie audio post-production to front of h

ouse live sound, all of which gave me experience and merit. But realizing my true passion I returned to music production work full time and this is when I really began to hone my craft in the world of audio. I’ve had the great pleasure of working with artists such as MESHUGGAH, KATATONIA, BLOODBATH, DECAPITATED, LIK, FIRESPAWN to name just a few. Music is what I know and love and I take great pride in providing a personal service to artists and labels. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first release or if you’re a high end client with years of experience, everyone gets the same attention and service.

We lied! Like herpes, we are back! On May 26, we'll be drenching the world in vomit and blood by releasing our first new album in 12 years entitled, "All Heads Are Gonna Roll", via Metal Blade Records!

Instruments self-produced this time with engineering assistance from Mats Lindström, vocals recorded by Rikard Löfgren at Leon Music Studios and finally, mixed and mastered by Lawrence Mackrory at Rorysound Studios, this album turned out to be something we can all be proud of as both our 9th album and the grand return post-hibernation.

Pre-orders, and the first single and its accompanying music video, are available today. The stunning artwork for this occasion was created by Giannis Nakos (Remedy Art Design).

What can I say? We’ve finally mastered our very first Christmas single. And what a banger it is! HAERDSMAELTA is a band I’ve worked with for a long time. They are close friends of mine and have learned that they can exploit my cheap labour so I have recorded, mixed and mastered all 4 releases. May there be many more 😅

Your mixes are done and they sound totally awesome. Everyone is happy.
