Since 2007 we have been a dynamic "music factory" where concrete projects and talented artists can find space and help to grow. Nowadays our network operates in Italy and Europe, with a specific focus on the Central and Northern European music market: the factory manages a few bands (we believe in quality, not in quantity), which are currently touring around Europe and promoting their sin
gles in order to build a strong fan base and to make people talk about them. SFEM also offers artists and bands a complete package of tools to help them improve their appeal and competitiveness in the professional music business. A fully customizable suite of services and solutions including web site design & creation, press office & PR services, EPK, web, radio and video promotion, and much more. Both internal and external artists and project can join this professional service, named RUNNERS and based in Berlin (Germany). In 2009 SFEM started a brand new scientific project focused on Classical Music (SFEM Classic), together with Istituzione Casa della Musica di Parma (IT) and EMI Music Italy, in order to bring historical and almost forgotten materials to the attention of the modern public. SFEM also promotes and produces independent classical artists. In 2011 SFEM started the MSS (Mobile Studio Solution) project: we offer a complete mobile recording studio that we can bring to you with everything you need to record a simple demo or a complete and professional album. SFEM is present at most important european international meetings of music business (MIDEM, POPKOMM, etc...) PHILOSOPHY

Then comes a dream. But a dream is not enough when we talk about music. We decided long ago to build something from scratch. Something strong and real, supported by knowledge and professionality. Something created for us first of all. Something useful for every musician. Something less than a promise. Something more than a service. Something you could easily ignore if you really don't need it. But that something that you'd really need if you knew that music is not only a dream. From the decennial experience of a European technical team, rises the proposal of something really different: a European independent label, an international management, an international publishing team, a network of promoters (radio / TV / web / press), a circuit of international venues. All in one service, optimized for your career. The time to complain about what doesn't work is finished. THE SITUATION:
Normally an artist is carefully selected by a label through a process of artistic and marketing filters. Thereafter he needs to build up his "live" career. Considering the general situation of independent music market, where the prevailing scenario is a total lack of prospects for return in the short term by selling albums or related rights, the expectations of visibility and live performing will result in most cases disregarded. The standard case: a contract and zero gigs. RUNNERS CHANGES THE RULES OF THE GAME:
Only promoters have the true pulse of the situation, and only they know whether a product will have a future or not. RUNNERS submits to promoters the products before everything. They evaluate the request in the affiliated clubs. If the feedback is positive, the artist will join the team, and will rely on the "guarantee" of a real and customized business proposal, based on concrete steps. Everything has got a price. But if you know what you're paying for you'll be the one behind the wheels.
