Stewart Blew It Is title insurance a scam? We feel that their actions have been so disrespectful that it is paramount to have this situation investigated.

I regret to inform you of a particularly heinous interaction with Stewart Title Guaranty Company which used to have a subsidiary, Stewart Title of Northern New England, in Maine. After spending thousands of dollars with two different firms, we have been stonewalled repeatedly by the organization that took our money in trade for a clear title. Title insurance consumers deserve to have a clean paper

trail when potential buyers investigate the registry. When problems with our land and abutting lands came about years ago, we were in the midst of raising 3 young children and owning a business. The following website was created in an attempt to provide a synopsis of the lengthy, chaotic episode that has become what we refer to as "The Road".
